UP NEET UG 2026 Round 1 Counselling Rescheduled: Fresh Choice Filling, Revised Result Date और High Court Order का पूरा अपडेट

उत्तर प्रदेश NEET UG 2026 counselling में बड़ा बदलाव किया गया है। Allahabad High Court, Lucknow Bench के 16 September 2026 के आदेश के बाद Uttar Pradesh Government ने counselling process से संबंधित आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए हैं और DGME Uttar Pradesh ने UP NEET UG 2026 Round 1 counselling की revised schedule जारी कर दी है।

इस revised process के तहत candidates को Round 1 के लिए दोबारा choice filling करनी होगी। पहले जारी allotment अब revised counselling process के अनुसार reconsider किया जाएगा। इसलिए जिन candidates को पहले seat मिल चुकी थी, उनके लिए भी नया schedule और fresh choice filling बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है।

UP NEET UG 2026 Counselling में क्या बदलाव हुआ है?

18 September 2026 के सरकारी पत्र में Writ-C No. 9943/2026 में Allahabad High Court, Lucknow Bench द्वारा 16 September 2026 को पारित आदेश का उल्लेख किया गया है।

Court order में Government Order dated 01.09.2026 के Clause 6(क)(ii) पर आगे के आदेश तक stay दिया गया और admissions को applicable reservation law के अनुसार proceed करने की अनुमति दी गई।

इसके बाद Uttar Pradesh Government ने counselling authority को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए और DGME UP ने UP NEET UG 2026 Round 1 counselling का revised timetable जारी किया।

यह केवल date extension नहीं है, बल्कि Round 1 counselling process का rescheduling और fresh processing है।

UP NEET UG 2026 Revised Round 1 Schedule

DGME Uttar Pradesh की revised schedule के अनुसार Round 1 counselling की नई dates इस प्रकार हैं:

Candidates को सलाह दी जाती है कि अंतिम समय का इंतजार न करें और choice filling निर्धारित समय से पहले complete कर लें।

Fresh Choice Filling क्यों जरूरी है?

Revised notice के अनुसार Round 1 counselling दोबारा process की जा रही है। इसलिए candidates को revised Round 1 के लिए fresh choice filling करनी होगी।

पुरानी choices पर निर्भर रहना सही नहीं होगा।

Candidates को 18 September 2026 से 21 September 2026, शाम 5 बजे तक अपनी preferred colleges और courses की choices फिर से भरनी और prescribed procedure के अनुसार lock करनी चाहिए।

यदि कोई candidate revised timetable के अनुसार fresh choice filling complete नहीं करता है, तो वह revised Round 1 allotment process में प्रभावित हो सकता है।

7 September 2026 वाला Previous Allotment क्या होगा?

DGME के revised notice के अनुसार पहले Round 1 में 7 September 2026 को allotted candidates का previous allotment revised process के कारण सामान्य रूप से valid नहीं माना जाएगा।

अब Round 1 fresh revised process के अनुसार दोबारा किया जाएगा।

इसलिए जिन students को पहले Government, Private MBBS या BDS seat मिल चुकी थी, उन्हें यह नहीं मानना चाहिए कि पुरानी seat automatically continue हो जाएगी।

उन candidates को भी fresh choice filling करनी चाहिए।

UP NEET UG 2026 counselling के लिए revised merit list भी महत्वपूर्ण है।

जिन Candidates को पहले Seat नहीं मिली थी, उनके लिए क्या Opportunity है?

जिन students को previous Round 1 में seat नहीं मिली थी, उनके लिए revised Round 1 एक नई opportunity हो सकती है।

Revised merit list और revised seat matrix के कारण seat availability और allotment pattern में बदलाव हो सकता है।

Candidates को सिर्फ पुराने Round 1 result के आधार पर अनुमान नहीं लगाना चाहिए।

अपनी choices को NEET AIR, category, budget, location preference, college type और previous cutoff trend के आधार पर दोबारा व्यवस्थित करना चाहिए।

UP NEET UG 2026 Choice Filling Strategy कैसे बनाएं?

Choice filling करते समय सिर्फ cutoff देखकर college list नहीं बनानी चाहिए।

एक balanced choice list में high preference, realistic options और backup options शामिल होने चाहिए।

High Preference Colleges वे colleges हैं जिन्हें candidate सबसे अधिक preference देता है।

Realistic Colleges वे हैं जिनके previous cutoff trends candidate की rank के आसपास रहे हों।

Backup Colleges वे acceptable colleges हैं जिन्हें candidate higher preferences नहीं मिलने की स्थिति में लेना चाहेगा।

Candidate को जितने acceptable options हों, उतनी meaningful choices भरनी चाहिए।

कम choices भरने से admission opportunities सीमित हो सकती हैं।

Private MBBS Candidates किन बातों का ध्यान रखें?

Private MBBS admission में सिर्फ tuition fee देखकर decision लेना उचित नहीं है।

Candidate को total course cost verify करनी चाहिए।

Low Score Candidates के लिए क्या Options हैं?

Low NEET score होने का मतलब यह नहीं है कि candidate के पास कोई option नहीं है।

UP NEET UG 2026 revised Round 1 seat allotment result 22 September 2026 को निर्धारित है।

Result जारी होने के बाद candidate को allotment details ध्यान से check करनी चाहिए।

इसमें allotted college, course, category, seat type और reporting instructions शामिल हो सकते हैं।

Admission और Reporting कब होगी?

Revised schedule के अनुसार allotment letter download और admission process 23 September से 26 September 2026 तक होगा।

High Court Order का Counselling पर क्या असर पड़ा?

Allahabad High Court के order का direct impact counselling directions पर पड़ा है।

Court ने relevant Government Order के एक clause पर stay दिया और applicable reservation provisions के अनुसार admissions आगे बढ़ाने की अनुमति दी।

इसके बाद State Government और DGME UP ने revised counselling process लागू किया।

इसी कारण Round 1 counselling को fresh schedule के साथ दोबारा conduct किया जा रहा है।

क्या Round 2 Schedule भी प्रभावित हो सकता है?

Round 1 counselling के rescheduling के कारण आगे के rounds की dates और timeline में भी बदलाव संभव है।

Candidates को पुराने saved schedules पर भरोसा नहीं करना चाहिए।
