2. Counselling & Consultation Fees
Fees paid for career counselling, course consultation, profile evaluation, or admission guidance are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Once a counselling session is booked or utilized, the fee cannot be reversed or returned.
3. Entrance Exam Fees
Fees paid towards:
Application assistance
Help documentation
Form filling
College entrance support
Verification support
Service-based fees, not admission fees.
These are non-refundable charges, irrespective of:
Admission acceptance or denial
Change of mind
Delays or decisions by the institution
Unavailability of college seat
PIERS EDU does not guarantee admission, as final decisions rest solely with the respective colleges/universities.
4. Course/Training Program Tuition Fees (If Applicable)
For training or education conducted by PIERS EDU:
Fees once paid are never refunded.
In exceptional cases (technical issues, duplicate payment, or system error), the user may request a review within 48 hours of payment.
Decision is at the sole discretion of PIERS EDU.
5. Double or Excess Payment
In case of duplicate charge or excess payment made inadvertently:
You can ask for the refund of the double amount.
Processing time: 7–14 working days after verification.
Payment proof shall be provided and valid.
6. User Termination of Service
If the user decides to discontinue services after registration:
No fees will be refunded.
No partial refunds or adjustments will be granted.
Work already completed, appointments booked, or manpower hours invested cannot be reversed.
7. Termination of service by PIERS EDU
In rare cases where PIERS EDU must cancel a service due to internal reasons:
A partial or full refund may be initiated depending on the stage of service delivery.
PIERS EDU reserves the right to offer alternative services instead of a refund.
8. Tuition Fees
If you make payments directly to a college, university, exam board, or external institution:
PIERS EDU will not be responsible for their refund or cancellation policies.
Such matters have to be conveyed directly to the institution.
9. Payment Gateway & Transaction Charges
Any transaction fees, payment gateway charges, bank fees, or processing charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund (if any applies).

Only in cases of:
Duplicate payment
Overpayment
Amount wrongly charged due to technical failure

Any approved refunds will be processed within:

12. No Guarantee of Admission or Outcome
All services are guidance-based.
PIERS EDU does not warrant that:
Admission to any college or university
Selection in any course
Scholarship clearance
Performance outcome
Thus, no refund will be issued based on service dissatisfaction or outcome.

Changes will be posted on our website with the updated date. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated policy.
