Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling 2026 में भाग लेने वाले MBBS और BDS candidates के लिए महत्वपूर्ण अपडेट सामने आया है। Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling / Admissions Board – 2026, SMS Medical College, Jaipur ने Round 1 Provisional Seat Allotment Result जारी कर दिया है। Official notice 29 August 2026 dated है।
Round 1 result आने के बाद candidates और parents के सामने सबसे बड़ा सवाल केवल यह नहीं है कि “seat मिली या नहीं?” असली निर्णय अब शुरू होता है। अगर seat मिल गई है तो क्या उसे accept करना चाहिए? अगर allotted college पसंद नहीं है तो क्या Round 2 में बेहतर college की कोशिश की जा सकती है? अगर कोई seat नहीं मिली तो आगे क्या strategy होनी चाहिए? Low NEET score वाले candidates के लिए private या management quota में क्या possibilities हो सकती हैं?
इस article में Rajasthan NEET UG 2026 Round 1 result के बाद candidates को किन बातों पर ध्यान देना चाहिए और Round 2 की तैयारी किस तरह करनी चाहिए, इसे विस्तार से समझते हैं।
Rajasthan NEET UG 2026 Round 1 Seat Allotment Result
Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling / Admissions Board के official notice के अनुसार Round 1 Provisional Seat Allotment Result official counselling portal पर publish किया गया है।
Seat allotment केवल NEET score देखकर नहीं किया गया है। Official notice के अनुसार allotment में applicable NEET-UG merit/rank, eligibility, category एवं reservation provisions, verified candidature/documents, candidate द्वारा भरी गई choices, available seats, applicable seat matrix और counselling rules को ध्यान में रखा गया है।
इसलिए दो candidates के NEET marks आसपास होने के बावजूद उनका allotment अलग हो सकता है। Candidate की category, choices की sequence और available seats जैसे factors भी परिणाम को प्रभावित कर सकते हैं।
Round 1 Result Provisional है—इसका क्या मतलब है?
Candidates को सबसे पहले यह समझना चाहिए कि Round 1 allotment को official notice में provisional and indicative बताया गया है।
Board के अनुसार result आगे verification, scrutiny, reconciliation और आवश्यकता होने पर correction के अधीन है।
इसका मतलब यह है कि केवल allotment list में college का नाम दिखाई देने से admission final नहीं हो जाता।
Official notice स्पष्ट करता है कि seat allotment अपने-आप final admission या allotted seat पर कोई vested/enforceable right नहीं देता।
Candidate को आगे की सभी applicable admission requirements पूरी करनी होंगी।
Rajasthan Round 1 में Seat मिल गई है तो अब क्या करें?
अगर आपको Round 1 में MBBS या BDS seat allot हुई है तो सबसे पहले excitement या disappointment के आधार पर decision न लें।
अपने allotment letter और official instructions को ध्यान से पढ़ें।
Official notice के अनुसार allotted candidates को prescribed schedule के भीतर fee payment, reporting/joining, document submission/verification तथा अन्य required admission formalities पूरी करनी हैं।
इसलिए candidate को कम-से-कम ये चीजें तुरंत check करनी चाहिए:
- कौन-सा college allot हुआ है?
- कौन-सी seat/category/quota के अंतर्गत allotment हुआ है?
- applicable fee कितनी है?
- payment और reporting की deadline क्या है?
- कौन-कौन से documents required हैं?
- आगे के counselling round में participate करने के applicable rules क्या हैं?
Dates या process के लिए केवल official counselling portal और allotment letter को final मानें।
Allotted College पसंद नहीं आया तो तुरंत Seat छोड़नी चाहिए?
यही वह जगह है जहां candidates सबसे ज्यादा strategic mistake कर सकते हैं।
मान लीजिए candidate को MBBS seat मिल गई, लेकिन college उसकी first preference नहीं है। हो सकता है college दूसरे शहर में हो, fees अपेक्षा से ज्यादा हो, hostel या location पसंद न हो या candidate को उम्मीद हो कि Round 2 में बेहतर option मिल सकता है।
ऐसी स्थिति में केवल “college पसंद नहीं आया” के आधार पर फैसला नहीं करना चाहिए।
पहले current allotment की वास्तविक value और अगले round में उपलब्ध संभावित options compare करने चाहिए।
यहाँ एक महत्वपूर्ण बात है: uploaded Rajasthan notice Round-2 participation/upgrade की detailed eligibility या seat-retention rules नहीं बताता। इसलिए Round 1 seat रखते हुए Round 2 में जाने, resign करने, upgrade करने या security/fee implications के exact rules के लिए Rajasthan Board की applicable counselling instructions और subsequent notices को ही follow करें।
College Compare करते समय केवल नाम और Cutoff न देखें
Round 2 में better college तलाशने से पहले Round 1 allotted college का proper evaluation करना चाहिए।
College comparison में निम्न factors उपयोगी हो सकते हैं:
1. Total MBBS Cost
सिर्फ annual tuition fee देखकर decision न लें। पूरे course का approximate financial commitment देखें।
इसमें tuition fee के अलावा hostel, mess, security deposit और अन्य applicable institutional charges हो सकते हैं।
2. Location
College घर से कितनी दूरी पर है? Travel connectivity कैसी है? दूर के college में आने-जाने का अतिरिक्त खर्च कितना होगा?
3. Hospital Exposure
Medical education में associated hospital और clinical exposure practical consideration हो सकता है। Candidate college के official sources से hospital infrastructure और relevant academic information verify कर सकता है।
4. Recognition and Official Information
College से संबंधित recognition, seat information या regulatory status जैसी महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी संबंधित official authority से verify करें।
5. Personal Budget
ऐसा college चुनना जिसका पूरा course financially manageable न हो, बाद में परिवार पर दबाव डाल सकता है।
Round 1 में कोई Seat नहीं मिली तो क्या करें?
Round 1 में seat नहीं मिलना counselling समाप्त होने के बराबर नहीं है।
अब सबसे महत्वपूर्ण काम यह समझना है कि Round 1 में candidate की choice list कहां कमजोर रही और अगले round में available options को किस तरह evaluate करना है।
उदाहरण के लिए candidate ने बहुत कम colleges भरे हों, केवल highly competitive colleges चुने हों, budget-compatible private options consider नहीं किए हों या choices को realistic probability के अनुसार structure नहीं किया हो।
लेकिन यह भी याद रखें कि Round 2 में कौन-सी seats वास्तव में available होंगी, इसका अनुमान लगाकर किसी specific college की vacancy assume नहीं करनी चाहिए। Official Round-2 seat matrix/vacancy information उपलब्ध होने पर उसी को आधार बनाना चाहिए।
Round 2 के लिए सबसे जरूरी काम: नई College Shortlist
Round 1 के बाद candidate को अपनी college list दोबारा evaluate करनी चाहिए।
एक practical approach यह हो सकता है कि options को तीन broad groups में समझें:
Higher Preference Options: ऐसे colleges जिन्हें candidate current position से बेहतर मानता है लेकिन जहां admission comparatively competitive हो सकता है।
Realistic Options: ऐसे colleges जिन्हें candidate की rank/category/budget के संदर्भ में actual counselling data आने के बाद seriously evaluate किया जा सकता है।
Backup Options: ऐसे acceptable colleges जिन्हें candidate केवल इसलिए छोड़ना नहीं चाहता क्योंकि उसने पूरी list को सिर्फ aspirational colleges से भर दिया।
इसे admission guarantee नहीं समझना चाहिए। Final allotment official merit, category, choices, available seats और counselling rules पर निर्भर करेगा।
Round 1 Closing Trend को कैसे इस्तेमाल करें?
Round 1 के परिणाम के बाद candidates naturally पूछते हैं:
“मेरे marks/rank पर Round 2 में कौन-सा college मिल सकता है?”
इसका जवाब केवल पिछले वर्ष के cutoff से नहीं देना चाहिए।
Current-year Round 1 allotment trends उपलब्ध होने पर candidate उन्हें previous-year closing ranks के साथ compare कर सकता है।
लेकिन cutoff को guarantee की तरह इस्तेमाल करना गलत होगा।
उदाहरण के लिए किसी college की previous closing rank candidate के आसपास होने का मतलब यह नहीं कि Round 2 में वही closing rank repeat होगी। Seat availability, category, quota और candidates की choices बदलने से result बदल सकता है।
इसलिए historical cutoff को decision-support data मानें, admission promise नहीं।
Low NEET Score Candidates Round 2 में क्या करें?
Low-score candidates के लिए Round 2 preparation और भी important हो सकती है।
सबसे बड़ी गलती केवल यह पूछना है:
“इतने marks में MBBS मिलेगा?”
बेहतर सवाल है:
“मेरी rank, category, domicile, budget और acceptable states/colleges के अनुसार कौन-कौन से counselling options realistically evaluate किए जा सकते हैं?”
यदि government MBBS का probability बहुत कम दिख रहा है, तो candidate अपने circumstances के अनुसार private medical colleges या applicable management-category options की fee और eligibility समझ सकता है।
लेकिन किसी भी private/management option को shortlist करने से पहले official fee information, counselling route, eligibility और applicable rules verify करना आवश्यक है।
Management Quota को केवल Last Option की तरह क्यों न देखें?
कई parents management quota का नाम सुनते ही इसे केवल बहुत high-budget admission मान लेते हैं। वास्तविक fee structure और eligibility institution/state के अनुसार अलग हो सकती है।
इसलिए management/private options evaluate करते समय पहले budget तय करें।
मान लीजिए family की maximum affordable education budget एक निश्चित सीमा है। Candidate को उसी सीमा के अंदर संभावित colleges shortlist करने चाहिए।
पहले expensive college चुन लेना और बाद में finances arrange करने की कोशिश करना practical strategy नहीं है।

Round 2 Choice Filling में क्या Strategy होनी चाहिए?
Choice filling केवल colleges की list बनाने का काम नहीं है।
Choice order आपकी actual preference को reflect करना चाहिए, साथ ही candidate को official counselling rules समझकर choices submit करनी चाहिए।
Candidate को college select करते समय पूछना चाहिए:
क्या मैं वास्तव में इस college में admission लेना चाहूंगा?
क्या इसकी total fee मेरे budget में है?
क्या location acceptable है?
क्या मैंने college और applicable fee official source से verify की है?
क्या यह choice मेरे दूसरे preferred colleges के मुकाबले सही position पर है?
Choice list copy-paste करना या किसी दूसरे candidate की list इस्तेमाल करना उचित नहीं है क्योंकि प्रत्येक candidate की rank, category, domicile, budget और preference अलग होती है।
Round 1 Seat मिली है लेकिन Round 2 में Better College चाहिए
ऐसे candidates को सबसे पहले current college का comparison benchmark बनाना चाहिए।
मान लें आपको College A मिला है।
अब Round 2 की संभावित list में केवल वे colleges ऊपर रखने पर विचार करें जिन्हें आप College A से वास्तव में बेहतर preference देते हैं।

Fee Payment को हल्के में न लें
Rajasthan Board के notice में fee और admission formalities को स्पष्ट रूप से महत्वपूर्ण बताया गया है।
Notice के अनुसार allotted candidates prescribed fee को दो designated banks में से किसी एक के माध्यम से applicable rules के अनुसार deposit कर सकते हैं। Unique bank account number और fee instructions संबंधित allotment letter में उपलब्ध हैं।
इसलिए WhatsApp forwards या unofficial payment instructions पर भरोसा न करें।
अपने allotment letter में दिए instructions follow करें।
Documents में गलती होने पर क्या हो सकता है?
Candidates को documents को लेकर विशेष सावधानी रखनी चाहिए।
Official notice के अनुसार documents, eligibility, category/status, seat matrix, data या administrative/technical matter में discrepancy, incorrect/incomplete information, deficiency या invalidity मिलने पर allotment applicable rules के अनुसार modify, withdraw या cancel किया जा सकता है।
इसलिए reporting से पहले applicable documents को अच्छी तरह verify करना महत्वपूर्ण है।
Round 2 से पहले Parents को किन 5 सवालों के जवाब चाहिए?
Round 2 में जाने से पहले family के पास कम-से-कम इन सवालों का स्पष्ट जवाब होना चाहिए:
- अभी कौन-सी seat/college allot हुई है?
- Current college financially और academically acceptable है या नहीं?
- Candidate का maximum MBBS budget कितना है?
- Round 2 में कौन-से colleges current allotment से वास्तव में preferable होंगे?
- Applicable Rajasthan counselling rules के तहत current seat और next-round participation पर क्या conditions हैं?
इन पांच सवालों का जवाब स्पष्ट हो जाए तो college selection काफी व्यवस्थित हो सकता है।
Round 2 में सबसे बड़ी गलती क्या हो सकती है?
सबसे बड़ी गलती unverified information के आधार पर current allotment छोड़ देना या नई choice list बनाना हो सकती है।
Round 1 result provisional है और Board ने candidates को official instructions एवं schedule follow करने की सलाह दी है।
इसीलिए Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube या social-media claims को official counselling rules का replacement न मानें।
Rajasthan NEET UG 2026 Round 2 के लिए अभी क्या करें?
अभी candidate अपनी current situation को चार categories में रख सकता है:
Seat नहीं मिली: Round-2 official vacancy/seat matrix आने पर options को दोबारा shortlist करें।
Seat मिली और पसंद है: Allotment letter तथा official reporting/admission requirements को समय पर पूरा करें।
Seat मिली लेकिन बेहतर college चाहिए: Current allotment और target colleges का fees, preference और other relevant factors पर comparison करें तथा applicable Round-2/upgradation rules official source से verify करें।
Low Score + Private/Management Options चाहिए: पहले maximum budget निर्धारित करें और उसके बाद applicable counselling routes तथा officially available colleges/fees evaluate करें।
