NEET UG 2026 Round 2 Registration का इंतजार कर रहे MBBS/BDS candidates के लिए महत्वपूर्ण समय शुरू हो गया है। Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) के official counselling portal पर New Registration for UG Counselling 2026 candidate activity board में उपलब्ध है। इसके साथ ही MCC ने AIQ and State Schedule Round 2 UG 2026 dated 02.09.2026 भी अपने official schedule section में प्रकाशित किया है।
Round 1 में MBBS seat नहीं पाने वाले candidates, बेहतर college के लिए आगे बढ़ने वाले students और Private/Deemed University options तलाश रहे parents के लिए Round 2 counselling बेहद महत्वपूर्ण phase है।
लेकिन Round 2 में केवल registration करना पर्याप्त नहीं है।
इस stage पर आपकी NEET AIR, category, available budget, college preference, previous allotment और choice filling order मिलकर admission possibilities को प्रभावित करते हैं।

NEET UG 2026 Round 2 Registration: आज का बड़ा Update
Medical Counselling Committee भारत में NEET UG के अंतर्गत All India Quota तथा MCC के jurisdiction में आने वाली विभिन्न UG medical/dental seats की online counselling आयोजित करती है।
आज MCC के official UG counselling portal पर New Registration for UG Counselling 2026 का option Candidate Activity Board में दिखाई दे रहा है। MCC portal पर Round 1 का Final Result भी उपलब्ध है।
इसलिए अब candidate का focus केवल Round 1 cutoff देखने पर नहीं बल्कि अगले allotment के लिए अपनी Round 2 college preference strategy तैयार करने पर होना चाहिए।
MCC ने Round 2 के लिए अलग AIQ schedule भी 27 August को प्रकाशित किया था और उसके बाद AIQ and State Schedule Round 2 UG 2026 dated 02.09.2026 portal पर उपलब्ध कराया है।

MCC NEET UG 2026 Round 2 Important Dates
Candidates को counselling dates में विशेष सावधानी बरतनी चाहिए क्योंकि MCC schedule revise/update कर सकता है।
Current Round-2 timeline के अनुसार major activities September 2026 में हो रही हैं। Round-2 registration/payment window 3–8 September, choice filling 3–9 September, choice locking 8 September से 9 September, seat-allotment processing 9–10 September, result 11 September, और allotted institute में reporting/joining 12–18 September 2026 के लिए scheduled है।
चूंकि MCC ने 02 September 2026 dated AIQ + State Round-2 schedule प्रकाशित किया है, candidate को application करने से पहले latest official schedule जरूर cross-check करना चाहिए।
MCC Round 2 Latest Schedule Section
Round 2 में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण काम क्या है?
बहुत से candidates सोचते हैं कि Round 2 में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण काम registration है।
Registration जरूरी है, लेकिन admission strategy के नजरिए से Choice Filling और College Preference Order उससे भी ज्यादा critical हो सकता है।
मान लीजिए आपके लिए 20 medical colleges realistic possibilities हैं।
अगर आपने बिना research के choices भर दीं तो दो समस्याएं हो सकती हैं।
पहली—आप ऐसे colleges miss कर सकते हैं जो आपके rank और budget के लिए relevant थे।
दूसरी—आप किसी कम preferred college को ज्यादा preferred college से ऊपर रख सकते हैं।
इसीलिए Round 2 में पहले college shortlist, फिर preference order, और उसके बाद final choice filling करना बेहतर approach है।
MCC portal पर Round 2 choice filling से संबंधित official notice page भी उपलब्ध है।
Round 1 में Seat नहीं मिली तो Round 2 में क्या करें?
Round 1 में MBBS seat नहीं मिलना counselling process का अंत नहीं है।
ऐसे candidate के पास अब एक महत्वपूर्ण advantage है—Round 1 का actual 2026 allotment trend।
अब candidate देख सकता है कि किन colleges में Round 1 में उसकी AIR के आसपास allotment movement हुआ और किन colleges का trend उसके rank से बहुत दूर रहा।
इस information का इस्तेमाल Round 2 shortlist बनाने में किया जा सकता है।
Round 1 में seat नहीं मिलने वाले candidate को सबसे पहले अपनी पुरानी choice list review करनी चाहिए।
खुद से पूछें:
क्या मैंने पर्याप्त colleges भरे थे?
क्या मैंने केवल Government colleges भर दिए थे?
क्या मेरे budget में Private/Deemed options मौजूद थे जिन्हें मैंने छोड़ दिया?
क्या college order सही था?
क्या मैंने दूसरे realistic options को सिर्फ पुराने cutoff के कारण ignore कर दिया?
इन सवालों के जवाब Round 2 strategy बदल सकते हैं।
Low NEET Score है तो क्या Round 2 में MBBS मिल सकता है?

Low Score एक relative term है।

NEET Score + AIR + Category + Domicile + Budget + Quota + College Type
विशेष रूप से Private और Deemed MBBS admission में budget और AIR दोनों को साथ देखना जरूरी है।
इसलिए Google पर केवल:
“Low score MBBS college”
या
“300 marks MBBS college”
जैसी searches देखकर किसी college को final करना उचित नहीं है।
NEET Marks से ज्यादा AIR क्यों देखें?
Counselling strategy बनाते समय candidate अक्सर केवल marks बताता है।
लेकिन college allotment analysis के लिए All India Rank (AIR) बहुत उपयोगी reference है।
Marks-to-rank relationship हर examination year में बदल सकता है।
इसलिए अगर किसी college का पिछले वर्ष closing score पता है, तब भी उसे 2026 score से सीधे compare करना misleading हो सकता है।
बेहतर approach है:
Current AIR → Current Round-1 trend → Previous closing ranks → Available seats → Preference
इस sequence में college possibilities evaluate करें।
Round 2 Choice Filling कैसे करें?
Round 2 choice filling को random college list नहीं बनाना चाहिए।

इन colleges का current/previous trend candidate की AIR के आसपास या reasonably approachable range में दिखाई दे सकता है।
Candidate को maximum research इन्हीं colleges पर करनी चाहिए।
3. Backup Choices
ये ऐसे acceptable options होते हैं जहां candidate के profile के अनुसार comparatively stronger possibility दिखाई दे सकती है।
लेकिन यहां एक बात बहुत स्पष्ट होनी चाहिए:
Backup या Safe शब्द admission guarantee नहीं है।
NEET counselling में seat availability और candidate choices के कारण cutoff movement बदल सकता है।
Choice Filling में College Order क्यों महत्वपूर्ण है?
मान लीजिए candidate ने ये preferences भरीं:
College A
College B
College C
College D
और candidate वास्तव में College C को College B से ज्यादा पसंद करता है।
अगर preference order गलत है तो candidate की actual preference choice list में reflect ही नहीं हो रही।
इसलिए choice filling से पहले colleges की एक offline/master list बनाएं।
हर college के सामने लिखें:
Preference | Fees | Location | Previous Rank | Current Trend | Hospital | Total Budget
इसके बाद final MCC choices भरें।
Government MBBS Round 2 Strategy
Government Medical College candidates की पहली preference रहता है।
Round 2 में Government MBBS possibilities देखते समय केवल “cutoff नीचे जाएगा” जैसी assumption पर strategy न बनाएं।
हर college और category का movement अलग हो सकता है।
Candidate को current Round-1 allotment data और available seat position को साथ देखना चाहिए।
अगर आपकी AIR Government MBBS trends के आसपास है, तो relevant Government colleges को preference list में शामिल करना logical हो सकता है।
लेकिन अगर Government possibility बहुत challenging है और family Private MBBS afford कर सकती है, तो सिर्फ Government choices भरकर सारे alternative options छोड़ देना जरूरी नहीं कि सबसे अच्छी strategy हो।
Private Medical College Round 2 Strategy
Round 2 में Private Medical Colleges की searches तेजी से बढ़ती हैं।
लेकिन यहां सबसे बड़ी mistake है:
“सबसे कम cutoff वाला Private Medical College कौन-सा है?”
College सिर्फ cutoff देखकर नहीं चुनना चाहिए।
Private Medical College compare करते समय देखें:
- Tuition Fee
- Hostel Charges
- Other applicable charges
- Total course budget
- Teaching Hospital
- Clinical exposure
- Location
- Connectivity
- Applicable bond/service conditions
- Counselling route
- Previous allotment trends
- Current-year seat situation
एक college का cutoff comparatively lower होना अपने-आप में उसे बेहतर option नहीं बनाता।
Deemed University MBBS Round 2 Strategy
Deemed Universities के लिए MCC counselling विशेष रूप से relevant है।
Higher budget वाले candidates के लिए Deemed MBBS colleges का range काफी broad हो सकता है।
लेकिन यहां total course cost सबसे पहले calculate करें।
मान लीजिए किसी college की annual tuition fee ₹20 lakh है।
Parent को केवल ₹20 lakh नहीं देखना चाहिए।
पूरे MBBS course के दौरान tuition के साथ applicable hostel, mess और दूसरे permissible charges जोड़ने पर financial commitment काफी अधिक हो सकता है।
इसलिए choice filling से पहले maximum family budget तय करें।
उदाहरण के लिए:
Up to ₹60 lakh
₹60–80 lakh
₹80 lakh–₹1 crore
₹1 crore–₹1.25 crore
₹1.25 crore+
ये केवल planning bands हैं, fixed college-fee categories नहीं। Actual fees official counselling/college documents से verify करनी चाहिए।
Management Quota MBBS 2026 और Round 2
“NEET UG 2026 Management Quota Admission” भी Round 2 के दौरान high-intent search term बन जाता है।
लेकिन candidate को Management Quota का सही अर्थ समझना जरूरी है।
Management Quota का मतलब counselling bypass करके MBBS admission नहीं है।
NEET eligibility और संबंधित state/institution counselling regulations का पालन करना आवश्यक है।
Management/private quota structures अलग-अलग states में अलग हो सकते हैं।
इसलिए किसी third party द्वारा:
“Direct MBBS Admission”
“Counselling के बिना seat”
“Guaranteed MBBS seat”
जैसे claims किए जाएं तो candidate को सावधान रहना चाहिए।

State Counselling को Ignore न करें
MCC Round 2 महत्वपूर्ण है, लेकिन इसका अर्थ यह नहीं है कि candidate केवल MCC portal देखे।
State NEET UG counselling भी equally important हो सकती है।
Private medical colleges में interested candidates के लिए अलग-अलग state counselling authorities की eligibility और quota structures समझना जरूरी है।
हर state में same rules नहीं होते।
कुछ states में domicile rules महत्वपूर्ण हो सकते हैं जबकि private/open categories की conditions अलग हो सकती हैं।
इसलिए किसी YouTube video में दूसरे state के candidate को मिली seat देखकर यह assume न करें कि वही option आपके लिए भी available होगा।
Multiple State Counselling में Registration करना चाहिए?
यह candidate-specific decision है।
सिर्फ इसलिए 10 states में registration करने की जरूरत नहीं कि वहां Private Medical Colleges हैं।
पहले determine करें:
क्या आप eligible हैं?
क्या वहां आपके AIR के relevant colleges हैं?
क्या fees आपके budget में है?
क्या location acceptable है?
क्या counselling/security deposit requirement practical है?
अगर इन questions का answer positive है तभी उस counselling route को serious option की तरह consider करें।
Round 2 में Seat Matrix क्यों देखें?
Seat matrix और available seats counselling strategy का महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा हैं।
MCC समय-समय पर seat-related information/choice-filling notices portal पर उपलब्ध कराता है। Candidates को final choices submit करने से पहले current seat information देखनी चाहिए।
Previous-year cutoff तभी useful है जब current year में relevant seat available भी हो।
इसलिए सिर्फ पिछले साल की college list copy-paste करना सही strategy नहीं है।
Round 1 Seat मिली है—क्या Upgrade करना चाहिए?
यह पूरी तरह candidate-specific decision है।
सबसे पहले current allotted college evaluate करें:
क्या college budget में है?
क्या आप वहां MBBS करने के लिए genuinely तैयार हैं?
क्या आपकी AIR पर substantially better alternatives realistic हैं?
क्या preferred alternative की total fee affordable है?
क्या applicable Round-2 rules आपने समझ लिए हैं?
सिर्फ “Round 2 में cutoff गिरता है” सुनकर अच्छी existing seat risk में डालना उचित नहीं है।
MCC ने Round-1 resignation/float candidates के संबंध में भी अलग notices जारी किए हैं, इसलिए existing allotted candidates को applicable rules पढ़ना विशेष रूप से जरूरी है। MCC के UG portal पर 31 August dated resignation notices listed हैं।
Round 2 में ये 10 गलतियां बिल्कुल न करें
- केवल NEET marks देखकर colleges select करना
- AIR ignore करना
- केवल पिछले साल का cutoff देखना
- Total MBBS budget calculate न करना
- Private college की सिर्फ tuition fee देखना
- Choice preference order गलत रखना
- State counselling opportunities ignore करना
- College/hospital research न करना
- Social-media dates को official schedule मान लेना
- Guaranteed admission claims पर भरोसा करना
इनमें से कुछ mistakes लाखों रुपये के financial decision को प्रभावित कर सकती हैं।
Parents के लिए सबसे महत्वपूर्ण Round 2 Advice
Round 2 choice filling से पहले parents candidate को एक स्पष्ट figure दें:
“हम MBBS पर maximum total कितना खर्च कर सकते हैं?”
“Seat मिल जाएगी तो पैसे देखेंगे” approach Private/Deemed counselling में financial stress पैदा कर सकती है।
Budget पहले तय होने पर candidate उन colleges पर समय नहीं गंवाता जो practically affordable ही नहीं हैं।

NEET UG 2026 Round 2 Registration शुरू होने के साथ candidates के लिए अगले कुछ दिन बहुत महत्वपूर्ण हैं।
Round 1 में seat नहीं मिली है तो निराश होकर random choices न भरें।
