NEET UG 2026 MCC Round 3 Allotment Result: Check Cutoff, Allotment Letter, Reporting Dates & Next Steps

NEET UG 2026 counselling में शामिल हजारों MBBS, BDS और B.Sc. Nursing aspirants के लिए MCC Round 3 सबसे महत्वपूर्ण stages में से एक है। Medical Counselling Committee यानी MCC के revised counselling schedule के अनुसार Round 3 seat allotment result 30 September 2026 को घोषित किया जाना है। जिन candidates ने Round 3 में fresh choices submit की थीं या previous round की seat से upgrade होने का option चुना था, वे MCC की official website पर अपना allotment status check कर सकेंगे। MCC

Round 3 में seat मिलने के बाद केवल result देखकर रुक जाना पर्याप्त नहीं है। Candidates को allotted college, course, category, quota, reporting deadline, original documents और security-deposit rules को ध्यान से समझना होगा, क्योंकि Round 3 के नियम Round 1 की तुलना में काफी strict हैं।

NEET UG 2026 MCC Round 3 Result Date

MCC के official schedule के अनुसार Round 3 allotment का result 30 September 2026 के लिए scheduled है। इसके बाद allotted candidates के लिए physical reporting/joining की प्रक्रिया 1 October से 9 October 2026 तक चलेगी। MCC

Candidates को MCC website नियमित रूप से check करनी चाहिए, क्योंकि provisional result, revised result या final allotment से संबंधित अलग notice भी जारी हो सकता है।

MCC Round 3 Result 2026 कैसे Check करें?

NEET UG Round 3 result देखने के लिए candidate को केवल official MCC portal का इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए।

सबसे पहले MCC की UG Medical Counselling website खोलें। वहाँ Round 3 Seat Allotment Result / Final Result Round 3 से संबंधित link दिखाई देने पर उसे open करें।

यदि MCC common allotment-result PDF जारी करता है, तो PDF download करके अपना NEET Roll Number या Rank search किया जा सकता है।

इसके अलावा candidate login section में जाकर individual allotment details और allotment letter उपलब्ध होने पर download किया जा सकता है।

Allotment Result PDF में क्या Check करें?

Result PDF या candidate allotment status में candidate को केवल college name देखकर admission का निर्णय नहीं लेना चाहिए। इन details को carefully verify करें:

• Candidate’s NEET rank
• Allotted institute/college
• Course — MBBS/BDS/B.Sc. Nursing
• Allotted category
• Allotted quota
• Previous round seat, यदि applicable हो
• Round 3 में upgrade हुआ है या नहीं
• Reporting instructions

अगर Round 3 में candidate upgrade होता है, तो उसे पहले वाली Round 2 seat पर दोबारा claim नहीं मिलता। MCC bulletin के अनुसार Round 3 में upgraded candidates का previous Round 2 seat पर कोई claim नहीं रहेगा। S3WAAS

MCC Round 3 Allotment Letter कैसे Download करें?

Result live होने के बाद candidate को MCC portal पर अपने account में login करना चाहिए।

Login के बाद allotment/result section में जाकर allotted seat details verify करें और Round 3 Allotment Letter download करें। इसका printout निकाल लेना बेहतर रहेगा, क्योंकि reporting के समय allotment letter mandatory documents में शामिल है।

MCC के 2026 information bulletin में allotment letter को reporting के समय जरूरी documents की list में सबसे पहले रखा गया है। S3WAAS

Round 3 में Seat मिलने के बाद क्या करना है?

Round 3 seat allotment को Round 1 की तरह “देखते हैं, बाद में decide करेंगे” वाली स्थिति नहीं समझना चाहिए।

MCC के 2026 counselling scheme के अनुसार Round 3 provisional allotment के बाद allotted candidates के लिए allotted institute में mandatory physical reporting लागू है। इसके साथ ही Round 1 या Round 2 के वे Float candidates जो Round 3 में upgrade नहीं हुए, उन्हें भी अपनी retained seat वाले institute में physically report करना होगा। S3WAAS

इसलिए seat मिलने के तुरंत बाद:

1. Allotted college की official website check करें।
2. College admission office से reporting timing confirm करें।
3. College fee structure verify करें।
4. Hostel, bond और additional university charges check करें।
5. Original documents तैयार रखें।
6. MCC allotment letter print करें।
7. 9 October की अंतिम तारीख का इंतजार न करें।

MCC स्वयं candidates को सलाह देता है कि result के बाद allotted college से तुरंत contact करें, क्योंकि कुछ institutes में admission formalities में 2–3 दिन लग सकते हैं। MCC ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया है कि joining date को MCC द्वारा extend करना guaranteed नहीं है। S3WAAS

NEET UG Round 3 Reporting Dates: 1–9 October 2026

Round 3 में allotted candidates की physical reporting 1 October से 9 October 2026 तक निर्धारित है। MCC

Candidates को कोशिश करनी चाहिए कि अंतिम दिन से काफी पहले admission complete कर लें।

Last day तक wait करने से इन समस्याओं का risk बढ़ सकता है:

college office timing issue, document discrepancy, medical examination delay, bank/payment problem, demand draft arrangement, hostel documentation या category certificate verification।

Round 3 Reporting के लिए Original Documents की Complete Checklist

MCC के revised 2026 Information Bulletin के अनुसार allotted college में admission लेते समय original documents के साथ attested photocopies ले जाना आवश्यक है। MCC ने explicitly कहा है कि original documents के बिना allotted medical/dental college में admission नहीं दिया जाएगा। S3WAAS

Mandatory Documents

1. MCC Allotment Letter
2. NEET UG 2026 Admit Card issued by NTA
3. NEET UG 2026 Result/Rank Letter issued by NTA
4. Date of Birth Certificate, यदि Class 10 certificate में DOB स्पष्ट नहीं है
5. Class 10 Certificate
6. Class 12 / 10+2 Certificate
7. Class 12 / 10+2 Mark Sheet
8. Eight passport-size photographs, preferably वही photograph जो application form में इस्तेमाल की गई थी
9. Valid Identity Proof, जैसे Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence या Passport. S3WAAS

Category Candidates के लिए Additional Documents

SC/ST candidates को competent authority द्वारा issued category certificate prescribed format में रखना होगा।

OBC candidates के लिए certificate Central OBC-NCL list के अनुरूप होना चाहिए और candidate creamy layer में नहीं होना चाहिए।

EWS candidates को prescribed format का valid EWS certificate रखना होगा।

PwD candidates के लिए MCC Medical Assessment Board द्वारा जारी eligibility certificate applicable हो सकता है। S3WAAS

Regional Language Certificate हो तो क्या करें?

यदि caste certificate, birth certificate या अन्य certificate regional language में है, तो candidate को उसका certified/attested English या Hindi translation भी साथ रखना चाहिए।

MCC bulletin में कहा गया है कि कुछ states/institutes English version पर insist कर सकते हैं। S3WAAS

Name या Spelling Mismatch हो तो क्या करें?

अगर NEET application, Aadhaar, marksheet या certificates में नाम की spelling में discrepancy है, तो reporting से पहले supporting proof तैयार रखें।

MCC के अनुसार candidate को यह establish करने वाला affidavit रखना चाहिए कि अलग-अलग spellings वाले documents उसी व्यक्ति के हैं। S3WAAS

Original Documents किसी दूसरे College में जमा हों तो?

यह बहुत महत्वपूर्ण point है।

MCC ने साफ कहा है कि यदि candidate कहता है कि उसके original documents किसी दूसरे institute/college/university में जमा हैं और केवल वहाँ का certificate लेकर आता है, तो उसे admission नहीं दिया जाएगा।

Round 3 reporting के समय candidate के पास actual original certificates होना जरूरी है। S3WAAS

MCC Round 3 Security Deposit Rules

Round 3 में security deposit का rule बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है।

MCC Information Bulletin 2026 के अनुसार अगर किसी candidate को Round 2 या subsequent round, जिसमें Round 3 भी शामिल है, में seat allotted होती है और वह allotted institute join नहीं करता है, तो उसकी security deposit forfeited हो सकती है। S3WAAS

Government/AIQ/Central Institutes के लिए Security Deposit

15% AIQ, Central Universities, AIIMS, JIPMER, AFMC/ESI आदि के लिए MCC ने refundable security amount इस प्रकार बताया है:

UR/EWS: ₹10,000
SC/ST/OBC/PwD: ₹5,000

इसके अलावा non-refundable registration fee अलग है:

UR/EWS: ₹1,000
SC/ST/OBC/PwD: ₹500. S3WAAS

Deemed University के लिए Security Deposit

Deemed University candidates के लिए:

Non-refundable registration fee: ₹5,000

Refundable security deposit: ₹2,00,000. S3WAAS

यदि candidate Government और Deemed दोनों category seats के लिए apply करता है, तो MCC के अनुसार higher applicable fee/security amount का payment किया जाता है। S3WAAS

Round 3 Seat मिली लेकिन Join नहीं किया तो क्या होगा?

यही Round 3 का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण rule है।

यदि candidate को Round 3 में seat allotted होती है लेकिन वह allotted institute में report नहीं करता, तो MCC scheme के अनुसार:

security deposit forfeited हो सकती है और candidate आगे के counselling rounds से eliminate हो सकता है। S3WAAS

इसलिए Round 3 choices भरते समय केवल उन्हीं colleges को preference में रखना चाहिए जहाँ candidate वास्तव में admission लेने के लिए तैयार हो।

Round 3 Join करने के बाद Resign कर सकते हैं?

MCC ने 2026 counselling bulletin में स्पष्ट किया है कि Round 3 के बाद joined seat से resignation/surrender permitted नहीं है।

Bulletin के अनुसार Round 3 में join करने के बाद candidate आगे की counselling में participate नहीं कर सकता और joined Round 3 seat surrender नहीं कर सकता। S3WAAS

इसलिए college की fee, bond, hostel conditions, location और course preference को admission से पहले अच्छी तरह check करना चाहिए।

Security Deposit Refund कब मिलेगा?

Eligible candidates की security deposit counselling के सभी rounds complete होने के बाद refund की जाती है।

MCC के अनुसार counselling completion की notification के बाद Financial Custodian refund process शुरू करता है। Refund उसी bank account/card में जाता है जिससे security amount originally जमा की गई थी। इसलिए उस account/card को refund complete होने तक active रखना जरूरी है। S3WAAS

Round 3 में Upgradation हुआ तो Round 2 Seat का क्या होगा?

अगर candidate Round 2 seat से Round 3 में upgrade हो जाता है, तो नई Round 3 seat मिलने के बाद पुराने Round 2 seat पर उसका claim समाप्त हो जाता है।

इसलिए upgraded college को final मानकर reporting करनी होगी। S3WAAS

Round 3 में Seat नहीं मिली तो क्या होगा?

MCC bulletin के अनुसार जो candidate Round 3 में fresh registered था लेकिन उसे कोई seat allot नहीं हुई, वह eligibility rules के अधीन Stray Vacancy Round में participate कर सकता है। S3WAAS

लेकिन जिन candidates को Centre या State counselling में Round 3 तक seat allotted हो चुकी है, उनकी information Centre और States के बीच share की जाती है और ऐसे candidates Stray Vacancy Round eligibility से बाहर हो सकते हैं। S3WAAS

Round 3 Cutoff कैसे Check करें?

MCC Round 3 cutoff किसी एक fixed score के रूप में जारी नहीं होता। Actual cutoff को college, course, category और quota के अनुसार last allotted rank/closing rank से समझना चाहिए।

Final allotment result आने के बाद candidate को अपने target college के लिए यह देखना चाहिए:

Opening Rank, Closing Rank, Category, Quota, Course और Round 2 से Round 3 rank movement।

उदाहरण के लिए किसी college में General AIQ MBBS का Round 2 closing rank और Round 3 closing rank अलग हो सकता है। Deemed University और Central Universities के cutoffs भी अलग pattern follow करते हैं।

इसलिए केवल “मेरी NEET rank इतनी है” देखकर admission probability decide करना सही नहीं है।

Round 3 Cutoff क्यों बदलता है?

Round 3 cutoff कई factors पर depend करता है:

seat upgradation, newly added seats, resigned/vacant seats, category conversion, candidate preference change और state counselling movement।

MCC ने Round 3 के लिए additional seats का notice भी जारी किया है, इसलिए seat matrix में बदलाव counselling movement को प्रभावित कर सकता है। MCC

Round 3 Allotment के बाद College Check करते समय किन बातों पर ध्यान दें?

Admission fee जमा करने से पहले केवल college name देखकर फैसला न करें।

College की annual tuition fee, hostel fee, security/caution deposit, miscellaneous charges, bond conditions, stipend information जहां applicable हो, university affiliation, NMC status और location check करें।

Deemed/private options में total course cost और hostel charges विशेष रूप से verify करें।

College website या admission office से current fee confirm करना जरूरी है, क्योंकि MCC भी candidates को individual college information verify करने की सलाह देता है। S3WAAS

Important Mistakes जिनसे Candidates को बचना चाहिए

Round 3 में सबसे बड़ी गलती allotted seat को ignore करना है। दूसरी गलती last reporting date तक wait करना है। तीसरी गलती original certificates के बिना reporting करना है।

Candidate को यह भी नहीं मानना चाहिए कि Round 3 seat पसंद नहीं आई तो बिना consequence के छोड़ सकते हैं। Round 3 में non-reporting security forfeiture और आगे की counselling eligibility को प्रभावित कर सकती है। S3WAAS

NEET UG 2026 MCC Round 3: Final Advice

MCC Round 3 NEET UG 2026 counselling का decisive stage है। Result घोषित होने के बाद सबसे पहले allotment letter download करें, college की fee और admission requirements verify करें और original documents तैयार करके समय पर physical reporting complete करें।

विशेष रूप से Round 3 candidates को security-deposit और resignation rules समझना जरूरी है। Round 3 में allotted seat को casual preference की तरह नहीं देखना चाहिए क्योंकि non-joining या wrong documentation के financial और counselling consequences हो सकते हैं।

Candidates को किसी WhatsApp forward या unofficial social-media post के बजाय MCC के official portal पर जारी notice और allotment result को final authority मानना चाहिए।
