NEET UG 2026 MCC Counselling शुरू: Registration, Seat Matrix, Choice Filling और College Selection की पूरी Strategy

NEET UG 2026 MCC Counselling शुरू हो गई है। Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) ने आज, 5 अगस्त 2026, से NEET UG 2026 Round 1 counselling के लिए registration शुरू कर दिया है। NEET UG 2026 में qualifying candidates अब MCC के माध्यम से All India Quota (AIQ) और MCC के अंतर्गत आने वाली अन्य participating seats के लिए counselling process में हिस्सा ले सकते हैं।

इस समय हजारों students और parents के सामने सबसे बड़ा सवाल केवल यह नहीं है कि counselling में registration कैसे करना है, बल्कि यह है कि कौन-सा college choice list में पहले रखा जाए, कितनी choices भरनी चाहिए, seat matrix को कैसे पढ़ना चाहिए और अपनी NEET rank के अनुसार realistic college preference कैसे बनानी चाहिए।

MCC के Round 1 schedule के अनुसार registration 5 अगस्त से 12 अगस्त 2026 तक चलेगा। Choice filling 6 अगस्त से 13 अगस्त 2026 तक होगी। Choice locking 12 अगस्त शाम 4 बजे से 13 अगस्त सुबह 11 बजे तक उपलब्ध रहेगी। Round 1 seat allotment result 17 अगस्त 2026 को जारी किया जाएगा और allotted candidates को 18 से 22 अगस्त 2026 के बीच reporting/joining करनी होगी।

इसलिए NEET UG 2026 counselling में अब सबसे महत्वपूर्ण काम केवल registration करना नहीं है। असली strategy seat matrix + rank + category + fee + college preference + previous trends + upgrade possibility को साथ में देखकर choice list तैयार करना है।

NEET UG 2026 MCC Counselling क्या है?

MCC यानी Medical Counselling Committee, NEET UG qualified candidates के लिए विभिन्न undergraduate medical counselling processes आयोजित करती है। MCC counselling में 15% All India Quota seats के साथ-साथ AIIMS, JIPMER, Central Universities, Deemed Universities और अन्य MCC counselling categories में आने वाली seats शामिल हो सकती हैं।

इसका मतलब यह है कि यदि किसी student की rank अच्छी है और वह केवल अपने state के colleges पर निर्भर नहीं रहना चाहता, तो MCC counselling उसके लिए बहुत महत्वपूर्ण opportunity है।

लेकिन यहां एक बात समझना बेहद जरूरी है कि MCC counselling और State counselling एक ही चीज नहीं हैं।

MCC मुख्य रूप से अपनी counselling scheme के अंतर्गत आने वाली seats के लिए counselling करता है, जबकि राज्य अपने संबंधित authorities के माध्यम से state quota counselling आयोजित करते हैं। उपलब्ध current updates के अनुसार विभिन्न राज्यों में भी NEET UG 2026 counselling processes शुरू हो रहे हैं। इसलिए eligible candidates को अपनी eligibility के अनुसार MCC और State counselling दोनों की possibilities को समझना चाहिए।

Students को केवल अंतिम तारीख का इंतजार नहीं करना चाहिए। खासकर registration और choice filling जैसे महत्वपूर्ण काम last day पर करने से technical problems, payment failure या choice-locking mistakes का risk बढ़ सकता है।

MCC NEET UG 2026 Registration कैसे करें?

MCC counselling registration online mode में किया जाता है। Candidate को official MCC counselling portal पर जाकर UG Medical Counselling section में registration करना होगा।

Registration process को broadly इस प्रकार समझ सकते हैं:

सबसे पहले official MCC counselling portal खोलें।

इसके बाद UG Medical Counselling section में जाएं और New Registration option चुनें।

अब NEET UG 2026 से संबंधित आवश्यक details दर्ज करें।

Personal और academic information को carefully verify करें।

इसके बाद counselling application form पूरा करें।

आवश्यक fee का online payment करें।

तीसरी गलती है payment पूरा होने के बाद confirmation verify न करना।

Candidate को registration के दौरान हर information को अपने original documents और NEET records के अनुसार verify करना चाहिए।

NEET UG 2026 Seat Matrix क्या है?

Counselling में Seat Matrix सबसे महत्वपूर्ण documents में से एक है।

Seat Matrix यह बताती है कि participating colleges में कौन-कौन सी seats counselling के लिए available हैं और किस category/quota/course के अंतर्गत seats उपलब्ध हैं।

Round 1 की seat matrix 5 अगस्त 2026 को जारी की जा रही है और choice filling शुरू करने से पहले students को इसे carefully देखना चाहिए।

लेकिन केवल यह देखना कि किसी college में कितनी MBBS seats हैं, पर्याप्त नहीं है।

Student को कम से कम इन चीजों को देखना चाहिए:

यही जानकारी एक अच्छी choice list और एक कमजोर choice list के बीच सबसे बड़ा अंतर पैदा करती है।

Seat Matrix को देखकर Choice Filling कैसे करें?

सबसे common mistake यह है कि students केवल college की popularity देखकर choices भर देते हैं।

मान लीजिए किसी student की rank ऐसी है कि उसे किसी particular top government medical college में Round 1 में seat मिलने की संभावना कम है। फिर भी उस college को preference list में रखना गलत नहीं है, क्योंकि choice filling का उद्देश्य केवल safe college चुनना नहीं है।

लेकिन इसके साथ-साथ realistic और achievable choices भी रखनी जरूरी हैं।

एक अच्छी choice list में तीन प्रकार की choices होनी चाहिए:

Dream Choices

ये वे colleges हैं जिन्हें student सबसे अधिक पसंद करता है, लेकिन जिनमें admission की संभावना comparatively कम हो सकती है।

Target Choices

ये वे colleges हैं जिनमें student की rank, category और available seats को देखते हुए realistic admission possibility हो सकती है।

Safe Choices

ये वे options हैं जहां student अपनी preferences और eligibility के अनुसार comparatively better admission probability रख सकता है।

इस strategy को केवल पिछले year’s cutoff देखकर final नहीं करना चाहिए। Current year’s seat matrix और counselling conditions भी महत्वपूर्ण हैं।

Choice Filling में सबसे पहले कौन-सा College रखें?

यह NEET UG 2026 counselling का सबसे बड़ा सवाल है।

इसका कोई एक universal answer नहीं है।

यदि candidate को College A ज्यादा पसंद है और College B में admission मिलने की probability ज्यादा है, तो केवल probability के कारण College B को ऊपर रखना जरूरी नहीं है।

Choice filling में preference order का मतलब है:

आप वास्तव में किस college को पहले पसंद करते हैं?

अगर candidate ने College A को College B से ऊपर रखा है और candidate की rank/eligibility के अनुसार College A उपलब्ध हो जाता है, तो allotment preference order के अनुसार हो सकता है।

इसलिए केवल यह सोचकर कि “इस college में seat मिलने की chance ज्यादा है, इसलिए इसे ऊपर रख देता हूं” choice order बनाना उचित strategy नहीं है।

पहले अपनी genuine preference बनाएं और फिर उसमें realistic options को पर्याप्त संख्या में शामिल करें।

College Selection के लिए केवल Cutoff क्यों पर्याप्त नहीं है?

NEET counselling में सबसे बड़ी गलतफहमियों में से एक है कि college selection केवल cutoff देखकर किया जाए।

Cutoff महत्वपूर्ण है, लेकिन यह अकेला factor नहीं है।

एक medical college को evaluate करते समय इन factors पर भी ध्यान देना चाहिए:

1. Patient Load

Medical education में clinical exposure बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है। इसलिए hospital में patient load और clinical exposure को समझना जरूरी है।

2. Infrastructure

College की academic infrastructure, laboratories, library और teaching facilities को देखना चाहिए।

3. Faculty

Faculty availability और teaching environment भी student के MBBS experience को प्रभावित कर सकते हैं।

4. PG Courses

College में MD/MS या अन्य postgraduate departments की availability भी student के academic environment को प्रभावित कर सकती है।

5. Hospital Facilities

Associated hospital और available clinical departments को समझना चाहिए।

6. Fees

Government, private और deemed colleges की fees में बहुत बड़ा अंतर हो सकता है। इसलिए केवल admission chance देखकर expensive option को choice list में नहीं डालना चाहिए।

7. Bond

कुछ government medical colleges में service bond या अन्य conditions हो सकती हैं। Candidate को college-specific rules verify करने चाहिए। MCC-related information में भी college/institute-specific fee, bond और service conditions verify करने की सलाह दी गई है।

8. Location

घर से दूरी, transportation, accommodation और family circumstances भी practical factors हैं।

Government Medical College बनाम Private/Deemed College

हर student के लिए government college ही automatically best option हो, ऐसा जरूरी नहीं है। लेकिन government और private/deemed colleges के बीच cost difference बहुत महत्वपूर्ण हो सकता है।

Government college में generally tuition cost comparatively कम हो सकती है, जबकि private और deemed universities में total cost काफी अधिक हो सकती है।

इसलिए student को choice filling से पहले अपना maximum affordable budget तय करना चाहिए।

उदाहरण के लिए यदि परिवार का maximum budget एक निश्चित सीमा तक है, तो ऐसी colleges को choice list में ऊपर रखना जिनकी fee उस budget से बहुत बाहर है, practical नहीं होगा।

दूसरी तरफ, यदि budget sufficient है और student particular college को academic या location reasons से पसंद करता है, तो उसे preference list में उचित स्थान दिया जा सकता है।

कितनी Choices भरनी चाहिए?

MCC counselling में केवल कुछ popular colleges भरना एक risky strategy हो सकती है।

Current counselling information के अनुसार MCC किसी fixed number of choices की सीमा prescribe नहीं करता और candidates को अपनी eligibility और preference के अनुसार पर्याप्त choices भरने की सलाह दी जाती है।

इसका मतलब यह नहीं है कि student बिना सोचे hundreds of choices भर दे।

हर choice के बारे में candidate को यह पता होना चाहिए:

“अगर मुझे यह college मिल गया तो क्या मैं वास्तव में यहां admission लूंगा?”

अगर जवाब “नहीं” है, तो उस college को केवल seat मिलने की संभावना बढ़ाने के लिए list में डालना उचित नहीं है।

Choice list लंबी हो सकती है, लेकिन meaningful होनी चाहिए।

Choice Filling की सबसे बेहतर Strategy

एक practical strategy यह हो सकती है:

सबसे पहले अपनी preferred colleges की master list बनाएं।

फिर colleges को Government, Private और Deemed जैसी categories में अलग करें।

इसके बाद location के अनुसार group बनाएं।

फिर fees और affordability के अनुसार filtering करें।

इसके बाद previous counselling trends और current seat matrix देखें।

फिर Dream, Target और Safe categories बनाएं।

इसके बाद final preference order तैयार करें।

सबसे important बात यह है कि choice order को केवल previous year’s cutoff के आधार पर नहीं बनाना चाहिए।

NEET UG 2026 में seat availability, candidate preferences, category, rank distribution और counselling participation के कारण allotment trends बदल सकते हैं।

Category का Choice Filling पर प्रभाव

NEET counselling में category एक महत्वपूर्ण factor है।

Candidate को अपनी applicable category और relevant documents की स्थिति समझनी चाहिए।

यदि candidate reservation category में आता है तो applicable certificate की validity और format को verify करना जरूरी है।

OBC-NCL, EWS, SC, ST और PwD जैसे categories के लिए अलग-अलग eligibility/document requirements हो सकती हैं।

State Counselling को Ignore न करें

MCC counselling शुरू होने का मतलब यह नहीं है कि student को state counselling छोड़ देनी चाहिए।

NEET UG 2026 में कई students के लिए state quota counselling बहुत महत्वपूर्ण होगी।

MCC की counselling और state counselling के rules, domicile requirements, seat distribution और eligibility अलग हो सकते हैं।

इसलिए student को अपनी state counselling की official website पर भी नजर रखनी चाहिए।

एक smart counselling strategy में ideally तीन चीजें parallel track पर चलती हैं:

MCC Counselling

State Counselling

Private/Deemed options, जहां applicable हों

इससे student के पास अधिक informed options रहते हैं।

Documents पहले से तैयार रखें

Counselling और college reporting के समय documents की जरूरत पड़ेगी। इसलिए students को अंतिम समय तक documents तैयार करने का इंतजार नहीं करना चाहिए।

Commonly required documents में NEET UG scorecard, NEET admit card, Class 10 certificate/marksheet, Class 12 certificate/marksheet, valid identity proof, photographs और applicable category/certificate documents शामिल हो सकते हैं।

इसके अलावा allotted college के reporting instructions के अनुसार additional documents भी मांगे जा सकते हैं।

यदि candidate category, domicile, PwD या अन्य special eligibility का दावा करता है तो संबंधित documents को पहले से verify करना और सही format में रखना विशेष रूप से जरूरी है।

Seat Allotment कैसे होता है?

Seat allotment एक automated counselling process का हिस्सा है।

Broadly समझें तो candidate की:

NEET rank

Category

Applicable reservation

Seat availability

और

Filled choices

जैसे factors allotment process में महत्वपूर्ण होते हैं।

इसलिए choice filling को हल्के में नहीं लेना चाहिए।

अगर student ने किसी college को preference list में बहुत नीचे रखा है और ऊपर के options में उसे seat नहीं मिलती, तो lower preference पर allotment हो सकता है।

यही कारण है कि choice order बहुत carefully बनाना चाहिए।

अगर Round 1 में Seat नहीं मिले तो?

Round 1 में seat नहीं मिलने का मतलब यह नहीं है कि counselling खत्म हो गई।

MCC counselling multi-round process है। Current information के अनुसार MCC AIQ counselling में Round 1, Round 2, Round 3 और Stray Vacancy Round जैसे stages होते हैं।

इसलिए candidate को Round 1 result के बाद अपनी स्थिति के अनुसार अगली strategy बनानी चाहिए।

यदि कोई seat नहीं मिली, तो अगले round में available options, vacancies और updated seat matrix को देखकर fresh choices या applicable choice process के अनुसार आगे बढ़ना होगा।

अगर Round 1 में Seat मिल जाए तो?

अगर Round 1 में seat allot होती है, तो candidate को allotment letter और MCC द्वारा दिए गए instructions carefully पढ़ने चाहिए।

इसके बाद निर्धारित समय के अंदर allotted college में reporting करनी होती है।

Current Round 1 schedule के अनुसार reporting/joining 18 से 22 अगस्त 2026 के बीच है।

Reporting के दौरान original documents और required copies साथ रखना जरूरी हो सकता है।

College की fee payment और document verification instructions को भी समय पर पूरा करना होगा।

Upgrade की Strategy क्या होनी चाहिए?

कई students Round 1 में एक college मिलने के बाद confuse हो जाते हैं कि उसे accept करें या आगे बेहतर college के लिए कोशिश करें।

यह decision candidate की actual preference पर depend करता है।

अगर allotted college candidate के लिए acceptable है और वह higher preference college की possibility explore करना चाहता है, तो MCC के current rules के अनुसार applicable upgrade/next-round process को carefully समझना चाहिए।

सबसे बड़ी गलती: केवल Top Colleges भरना

मान लीजिए student की rank ऐसी है कि उसे केवल top 10 colleges पसंद हैं।

अगर वह केवल उन 10 colleges को भरता है और किसी में seat नहीं मिलती, तो वह ऐसी opportunities खो सकता है जहां उसे एक अच्छा government या affordable medical college मिल सकता था।
