NEET UG 2026 counselling अब एक महत्वपूर्ण चरण में पहुंच रही है। MCC Round 2 के बाद अब छात्रों और अभिभावकों का ध्यान Round 3 counselling पर है।

Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) ने NEET UG 2026 के Round 3 और आगे के counselling rounds का revised schedule जारी कर दिया है। Round 3 उन candidates के लिए विशेष रूप से महत्वपूर्ण हो सकता है जिन्हें पहले rounds में मनपसंद MBBS/BDS seat नहीं मिली, जिन्होंने seat upgrade का विकल्प चुना है, या जो उपलब्ध vacancies के आधार पर अपनी college strategy दोबारा बनाना चाहते हैं।

MCC NEET UG 2026 Round 3 क्यों महत्वपूर्ण है?

Round 3 को केवल “एक और counselling round” मानना सही strategy नहीं होगी।

इस stage तक counselling में कई तरह की seat movements हो सकती हैं। पहले rounds में allotted seats में से कुछ seats resignation, non-joining, upgradation या अन्य permissible counselling movements के कारण आगे उपलब्ध हो सकती हैं।

इसके अलावा MCC द्वारा जारी होने वाली official Round 3 seat matrix और vacancy information candidates के लिए सबसे महत्वपूर्ण documents में से होगी।

इसीलिए students को Round 3 choice filling से पहले केवल previous cutoff देखकर colleges नहीं भरने चाहिए। Current vacancy, college fee, category, quota, previous closing rank और अपनी priority—इन सभी factors को साथ में देखना चाहिए।

MCC Round 3 Registration कब शुरू होगा?

MCC द्वारा जारी revised NEET UG 2026 counselling schedule के अनुसार Round 3 registration 22 September 2026 से शुरू होना निर्धारित है।

Candidates को MCC की official website पर Round 3 से संबंधित registration, payment, choice filling, choice locking, seat matrix और allotment updates नियमित रूप से check करनी चाहिए।

किसी भी social-media post या पुराने counselling schedule के आधार पर अंतिम decision न लें। MCC द्वारा जारी latest official notice और schedule को प्राथमिकता दें।

Round 3 Seat Matrix क्यों महत्वपूर्ण है?

Round 3 में किसी candidate के लिए सबसे महत्वपूर्ण सवाल यह नहीं है कि:

“पिछले साल इस college का cutoff क्या था?”

बल्कि ज्यादा उपयोगी सवाल है:

“इस Round में मेरे लिए वास्तव में कौन-कौन सी seats available हैं और मुझे उन्हें किस priority में भरना चाहिए?”

Seat matrix आने के बाद candidates को मुख्य रूप से ये चीजें देखनी चाहिए:

College → Course → Quota → Category → Available Seats → Fee → Previous Closing Rank → Preference

यही analysis एक practical choice list बनाने में मदद करता है।

क्या Round 3 में नई MBBS Seats Add हो सकती हैं?

Counselling के दौरान MCC समय-समय पर competent authorities से प्राप्त information के आधार पर seat matrix में changes या additional seats से संबंधित notices जारी कर सकता है।

लेकिन candidates को एक महत्वपूर्ण सावधानी रखनी चाहिए:

जब तक MCC NEET UG 2026 के लिए official notice जारी न करे, किसी पुराने वर्ष के “Newly Added Seats” notice को 2026 का update न मानें।

इस समय internet search में “Notice for Addition of UG Seats in Round 3” नाम का MCC page दिखाई दे रहा है, लेकिन उसका linked document पुराने counselling session का है। इसलिए NEET UG 2026 candidates को केवल current-session official seat matrix/notice पर भरोसा करना चाहिए।

Round 3 में Dream–Target–Backup Strategy

Choice filling में सबसे बड़ी गलतियों में से एक है केवल उन्हीं colleges को भरना जिन्हें candidate सबसे ज्यादा चाहता है।

ध्यान रखें कि ये categories guarantee नहीं हैं। Actual allotment current seat availability, candidate choices, rank, category, applicable reservation/quota rules और MCC allotment process पर निर्भर करेगा।

Private और Deemed MBBS में केवल Cutoff न देखें

Round 3 में private/deemed college चुनते समय सिर्फ previous cutoff देखकर choice भरना risky हो सकता है।

Candidate को कम-से-कम इन factors की तुलना करनी चाहिए:

Total Tuition Fee

Hostel और अन्य charges

Security Deposit

College location

Hospital/clinical exposure

Recognition/status

Previous closing ranks

Current Round vacancy

Bond या applicable service conditions

Refund/resignation rules

एक college का cutoff comparatively low होना जरूरी नहीं कि वह candidate के लिए financially या academically सही option भी हो।

₹ Budget पहले तय करें

Private और Deemed MBBS counselling में choice filling शुरू करने से पहले family को अपना maximum realistic budget तय करना चाहिए।

उदाहरण के लिए candidate को पहले यह स्पष्ट होना चाहिए कि उसका total acceptable budget किस range तक है।

इसके बाद उसी budget range के colleges shortlist करना ज्यादा practical होता है।

सिर्फ allotment पाने के उद्देश्य से ऐसी college choice ऊपर रखना जिसकी fees बाद में family afford नहीं कर सके, counselling में बड़ी समस्या पैदा कर सकती है।

Round 2 में Seat मिली है तो Round 3 में क्या करें?

यह पूरी तरह candidate की current allotment status और MCC के applicable rules पर निर्भर करेगा।

Freeze, float/upgradation, resignation, security deposit और Round 3 participation के नियमों को decision लेने से पहले MCC के current Information Bulletin और latest notices के अनुसार समझना जरूरी है।

किसी दूसरे candidate की situation देखकर अपना decision न लें।

एक छोटी procedural mistake भी candidate की आगे के counselling options को प्रभावित कर सकती है।

Round 3 Choice Filling में 7 बड़ी गलतियां

Candidates को इन common mistakes से बचना चाहिए:

1. केवल पिछले साल के cutoff के आधार पर choices भरना।
2. Current seat matrix देखे बिना final choice list बनाना।
3. बहुत कम colleges भरना।
4. College fee और additional charges verify न करना।
5. Dream colleges भरकर realistic backup options छोड़ देना।
6. Choice locking deadline तक wait करना।
7. WhatsApp/Telegram/social-media की unverified seat information पर भरोसा करना।

Round 3 में College Selection कैसे करें?

एक मजबूत Round 3 strategy ideally इस sequence में बननी चाहिए:

NEET AIR → Category → Eligible Quota → Budget → Preferred States → College Type → Current Vacancy → Previous Cutoff → Fee → Final Choice Order

यानी केवल “मेरी rank में कौन सा college मिलेगा?” पूछना पर्याप्त नहीं है।

बेहतर सवाल है:

“मेरी AIR, category, budget और preferred location के अनुसार Round 3 में कौन-कौन से colleges को किस क्रम में रखना चाहिए?”
