Bihar NEET UG 2026 Stray Vacancy Result OUT: बिहार में MBBS और BDS admission का इंतजार कर रहे candidates के लिए बड़ी खबर है। Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) ने UGMAC 2026 Stray Vacancy Round का Provisional Seat Allotment Result 28 अक्टूबर 2026 को जारी कर दिया है।

BCECEB ने Advertisement No. BCECEB(UGMAC)-2026/17 के माध्यम से revised counselling programme भी घोषित किया है।

Official notice के अनुसार, seat allotment प्राप्त करने वाले candidates 28 से 31 अक्टूबर 2026 तक अपना provisional allotment order download कर सकते हैं। वहीं Document Verification और Admission की प्रक्रिया 29 से 31 अक्टूबर 2026 तक आयोजित होगी।

Bihar NEET UG 2026 Stray Result – Latest News

BCECEB ने पहले निर्धारित 27 अक्टूबर के seat allotment result को अपरिहार्य कारणों से delay किया था।

अब बोर्ड ने result जारी करने के साथ revised document verification और admission schedule भी घोषित कर दिया है।

Official announcement के अनुसार UGMAC 2026 Stray Vacancy Round का provisional seat allotment result BCECEB की वेबसाइट पर publish हो चुका है।

इसके साथ candidates के लिए allotment order download करने और संबंधित institute में admission verification कराने की नई dates निर्धारित की गई हैं।

यह result MBBS/BDS के साथ B.V.Sc. & A.H. तथा B.F.Sc. courses से संबंधित UGMAC counselling को भी cover करता है।

सबसे महत्वपूर्ण तारीख: 31 अक्टूबर 2026

जिन candidates को Stray Round में seat allot हुई है, उन्हें prescribed period के अंदर admission-related formalities पूरी करनी चाहिए।

Deadline miss होने पर applicable rules के अनुसार allotted seat cancel और security deposit forfeit हो सकता है।

NEW Allotment: Candidate को इस round में नई seat allot हुई है।

Closing Rank का महत्व

Stray Round closing-rank data counselling analysis के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है क्योंकि यह actual allotment trends को समझने में मदद करता है।

Seat Allot होने के बाद Candidates को क्या करना चाहिए?

DQ/PwBD Candidates के लिए विशेष निर्देश

DQ category candidates को applicable UDID Card, Affidavit और designated centre से issued DQ Certificate संबंधित instructions के अनुसार upload और original में प्रस्तुत करना होगा।

यदि Documents में Discrepancy मिलती है तो क्या होगा?

BCECEB के counselling rules के अनुसार scanned documents में discrepancy मिलने पर candidate को SMS या email के माध्यम से इसकी सूचना दी जा सकती है।

Discrepancy के कारणों में शामिल हो सकते हैं:

• Blurred Document

• Incorrect Certificate

• Category Mismatch

• Missing Document

• Corrupted PDF

• Eligibility Verification Problem

Candidate को prescribed time के अंदर corrected documents re-upload करने होंगे।

यदि discrepancy समय पर दूर नहीं की जाती या candidate admission के लिए ineligible पाया जाता है, तो applicable rules के अनुसार allotment cancel और security deposit forfeit हो सकता है।

31 October तक Reporting नहीं करने पर क्या होगा?

यह Stray Vacancy Round के सबसे महत्वपूर्ण rules में से एक है।

BCECEB Advertisement No. 14 के paragraph 22 के अनुसार, यदि allotted candidate prescribed period में allotted institute पर physical reporting नहीं करता, या document verification के बाद admission नहीं लेता, तो:

1. Allotted Seat Cancel हो जाएगी।

2. Paid Security Deposit Forfeit हो सकती है।

इसलिए जिन students को MBBS/BDS seat मिली है, उन्हें 31 अक्टूबर की deadline miss नहीं करनी चाहिए।

क्या इसके बाद MBBS/BDS Special Stray Round में मौका मिलेगा?

Advertisement No. 14 के अनुसार यदि Stray Round में MBBS/BDS seat allot होने के बावजूद candidate admission नहीं लेता, तो वह Special Stray Vacancy Round में MBBS/BDS सीटों के लिए eligible नहीं होगा, यदि ऐसा कोई round आयोजित किया जाता है।

हालांकि applicable conditions के अनुसार अन्य specified courses के लिए अलग eligibility हो सकती है।

Special Stray Round आयोजित होने की अभी इस notice से पुष्टि नहीं होती।

Security Deposit कितनी थी?

UGMAC 2026 counselling के नियमों में college type और category के अनुसार security deposit अलग-अलग निर्धारित है।

कुछ महत्वपूर्ण Security Deposit Amounts

Combined college choices के लिए अलग applicable security deposit conditions हैं।

ये registration/counselling security deposit amounts हैं, newly allotted college की tuition fees नहीं।

किसी candidate के लिए वास्तविक forfeiture उसके paid deposit और applicable counselling conditions पर निर्भर करेगा।

Government और Private Medical College Candidates के लिए सलाह

Bihar UGMAC 2026 में Government और Private Medical Colleges दोनों के admission rules और financial obligations महत्वपूर्ण हैं।

Government colleges में allotted quota और fee rules verify करें।

Private colleges में admission से पहले निम्न बातें जरूर check करें:

क्या Result Out होने के बाद Fresh Registration होगा?

फिलहाल Advertisement No. 17 में fresh registration या नया choice-filling round शुरू करने की कोई घोषणा नहीं की गई है।

यह notice केवल provisional allotment result और revised admission schedule की पुष्टि करता है।

इसलिए जो candidates पहले registration या choice filling में participate नहीं कर सके थे, उन्हें fresh opportunity मिलने का अनुमान नहीं लगाना चाहिए।

आगे कोई नया round होगा तो BCECEB की official notification देखनी होगी।

जिन Candidates को Stray Round में Seat नहीं मिली वे क्या करें?

अगर आपको current result में seat allot नहीं हुई है, तो इसका मतलब यह नहीं कि आगे कोई opportunity निश्चित रूप से मिलेगी या नहीं मिलेगी।

BCECEB के earlier counselling rules में Special Stray Vacancy Round की स्थिति को conditional रूप में बताया गया है।

यदि ऐसा round आयोजित किया जाता है, तो उसमें participation के लिए authority की applicable consent और eligibility requirements पूरी करनी होंगी।
