Founder of PIERS
Late Mr. R. Sinha
The foundation of PIERS was laid in 2006 by Late Mr. R. Sinha, with a clear mission to provide research-based consulting solutions and to empower students through quality education with a broader vision.
An ordinary man with an extraordinary vision, he began his journey with limited resources but limitless conviction and a deep commitment to excellence. A man of integrity and action, he firmly believed that education is the most powerful way to serve society. Recognizing the growing competitiveness in education, he established PIERS to guide and support students toward a brighter future.
Born in 1952, Mr. R. Sinha began his professional journey in 1985 as a trader and later went on to establish his own manufacturing unit in Ranchi. His long-term vision extended beyond business—he aspired to build schools and colleges in Jharkhand under the PIERS Group, creating lasting educational institutions for future generations.
His sudden demise in 2006 was a profound loss for the organization and his family. However, the journey of the PIERS Group continues, guided by the values, vision, and mission laid down by Late Mr. R. Sinha—continuing his legacy of education, service, and social responsibility.

Late Mrs. Nila Sinha
Mrs. Nila Sinha, Co-Founder of PIERS EDU, was a woman known for her quiet strength, deep values, and unwavering dedication to her family. After the untimely demise of her husband, Late Sri Ravi Sinha, in 2006, she stood strong during one of the most challenging phases of her life. With remarkable determination and grace, she raised her children and ensured that each of them built a stable, successful career.
When PIERS EDU was founded in 2018, Mrs. Sinha played a silent yet powerful role in shaping its values and vision. She never sought the spotlight, but her beliefs, ethical thinking, and faith in education as a life-transforming force became the moral backbone of the institution.
Her sudden passing in 2025 left an irreplaceable void in both the family and PIERS EDU. Yet, her legacy continues through her son, Mr. Rajiv Ranjan Sinha, who now carries forward the vision, principles, and values she deeply believed in.
Mrs. Nila Sinha will always be remembered for her strength, sacrifices, and the lasting influence she had on the foundation of PIERS EDU.
