Bihar NEET UG 2026 Special Stray Vacancy Round Announced

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has announced the UGMAC 2026 Special Stray Vacancy Round for MBBS and Round 5 for BDS, Veterinary and Fisheries courses.

According to the official notification dated 3 November 2026, online registration, application submission, choice filling and editing will begin on 4 November 2026.

This counselling round provides another opportunity for eligible NEET UG 2026 qualified candidates who have not secured admission, subject to the eligibility restrictions specified by BCECEB.

Admissions will be based on NEET UG 2026 merit, candidate preferences and available vacant seats in participating institutions.

Who Can Participate in Bihar Special Stray Vacancy Round?

Eligible candidates may include:

• NEET UG 2026 qualified candidates meeting UGMAC eligibility requirements.

• Candidates who did not complete registration and application submission in previous rounds.

• Previously registered candidates who did not receive a seat and meet the applicable conditions.

Who Is Not Eligible?

BCECEB has specified important restrictions.

Candidates admitted to a medical or dental college through Bihar UGMAC or applicable All India Quota rounds are not eligible.

Candidates allotted seats through AIQ Stray Vacancy or Special Stray Vacancy rounds are also subject to exclusion.
