NEET PG 2026 counselling के candidates के लिए बड़ा अपडेट सामने आया है। Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) ने NEET PG 2026 Counselling Round 1 का Provisional Seat Allotment Result जारी कर दिया है।

Provisional result 23 October 2026 को जारी किया गया था। इसके बाद MCC ने result PDF में एक printing error मिलने पर नई PDF publish की। MCC ने साफ किया है कि corrected PDF जारी होने के बावजूद seat allotment result में कोई बदलाव नहीं किया गया है।

24 October की latest official status के अनुसार MCC की PG Current Events section में अभी Provisional Result for PG Round 1 Counselling dated 23.10.2026 उपलब्ध है। Round 1 का final result 24 October के counselling schedule में निर्धारित है।

Candidates को खास तौर पर ध्यान रखना चाहिए कि provisional allotment को final admission नहीं माना जा सकता। MCC ने candidates को Final Result घोषित होने और final allotment letter उपलब्ध होने तक allotted college/institute approach नहीं करने की सलाह दी है।

MCC conducts counselling for 50% All India Quota postgraduate seats as well as specified Central Universities, Deemed Universities and other participating institutions/categories under the counselling scheme.

Why Did MCC Release a New NEET PG Round 1 Result PDF?

Result जारी होने के बाद कई candidates ने देखा कि MCC website पर एक नया result PDF दिखाई दे रहा है।

इस पर MCC ने clarification दिया कि पहले प्रकाशित result PDF में printing error था।

इसलिए authority ने नई PDF upload की।

लेकिन सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात:

MCC के अनुसार result में कोई change नहीं किया गया है।

यानी corrected PDF का publication अपने-आप यह नहीं बताता कि candidate की allotted seat बदल गई है। फिर भी candidates को पुराने downloaded PDF के बजाय latest PDF ही check करनी चाहिए।

Provisional Result और Final Result में क्या अंतर है?

यह distinction बहुत जरूरी है।

MCC के Information Bulletin के अनुसार प्रत्येक counselling round में authority पहले provisional result जारी करती है ताकि candidates, colleges और institutes allotment में किसी discrepancy को identify कर सकें।

Discrepancy resolve होने के बाद Final Result MCC website पर upload किया जाता है।

MCC specifically कहता है कि provisional result:

indicative होता है, subject to change होता है और इसके आधार पर final seat right claim नहीं किया जा सकता।

इसीलिए candidates को provisional result के आधार पर ticket booking या college reporting शुरू नहीं करनी चाहिए।

Grievance Window अब बंद हो चुकी है

MCC के 23 October के official notice के अनुसार provisional result में कोई discrepancy होने पर candidate उसे:

24 October 2026 सुबह 11:30 AM तक

“Candidates Grievances And Query Redressal System” के माध्यम से report कर सकता था।

यह deadline अब निकल चुकी है।

MCC notice ने candidates को यह भी स्पष्ट किया था कि final result आने तक allotted college/institute approach न करें।

Candidate MCC की official PG Medical Counselling section पर जाए।

वहाँ Current Events section में:

link खोलें।

Latest corrected PDF download करें।

PDF खोलकर अपने:

NEET PG Rank / Roll Number / Allotted Institute / Course / Category

को carefully verify करें।

Final result live होने पर provisional PDF के बजाय final allotment result check करें और candidate login से final Allotment Letter download करें।

MCC portal की current events section में provisional result और उसका official notice दोनों listed हैं।

कितने Candidates को Round 1 में Seat मिली?

Published reports के अनुसार NEET PG 2026 Round 1 provisional allotment में लगभग 28,728 candidates को postgraduate medical seats allot की गई हैं।

Candidates को यह संख्या केवल overall counselling picture समझने के लिए देखनी चाहिए।

Individual admission के लिए candidate का अपना final allotment status और MCC allotment letter ही महत्वपूर्ण होगा।

Seat Allot हुई है तो अभी क्या करें?

अगर आपका नाम provisional result में है, तो सबसे पहले allotted college और speciality carefully check करें।

लेकिन अभी provisional result को देखकर directly college न जाएं।

Final result आने के बाद:

Final Allotment Letter download करें → College की admission instructions check करें → Original documents तैयार रखें → Fee/Bond/Stipend verify करें → निर्धारित reporting period में admission complete करें।

MCC के official schedule के अनुसार Round 1 reporting and joining 26 October से 2 November 2026 तक है।

NEET PG Round 1 Reporting कब से शुरू होगी?

MCC के current counselling schedule के अनुसार:

Reporting / Joining Starts: 26 October 2026

Last Date of Reporting / Joining: 2 November 2026

इसके बाद institutes द्वारा joined candidates का data verify करके MCC के साथ 3 November 2026 को share किया जाएगा।

Candidates को last day का इंतजार नहीं करना चाहिए।

MCC के Information Bulletin के अनुसार कुछ colleges में admission formalities पूरा होने में 2–3 दिन तक लग सकते हैं।

Reporting के लिए कौन-कौन से Documents चाहिए?

MCC Information Bulletin के अनुसार allotted candidate को admission के समय original documents साथ रखने होंगे।

मुख्य documents हैं:

1. MCC Allotment Letter

2. NEET PG Admit Card issued by NBE

3. NEET PG Result / Rank Letter

4. Class 10 Certificate / Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth

5. MBBS 1st, 2nd and 3rd Professional Examination Marksheets

6. MBBS Degree Certificate / Provisional Degree Certificate

7. Internship Completion Certificate

8. Permanent / Provisional Registration Certificate issued by State Medical Council

9. Valid photo ID such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID or Driving Licence

10. Applicable category documents such as SC/ST, EWS, OBC-NCL, PwBD eligibility certificate or NRI/OCI documents.

For the 2026 academic session, the bulletin specifies the applicable internship completion date as 30 September 2026.

Candidates without required original certificates/documents may not be permitted to take admission. MCC also advises candidates to check with the allotted institute because individual colleges may require additional documents.

OBC, EWS, SC/ST और PwBD Candidates के लिए Important

Category certificate में छोटी गलती भी admission के समय problem create कर सकती है।

For OBC candidates, sub-caste Central OBC List से tally करनी चाहिए और candidate Creamy Layer में नहीं होना चाहिए।

EWS certificate Central Government norms के prescribed format में होना चाहिए।

SC/ST certificates competent authority से issued और prescribed format में होने चाहिए।

PwBD candidates के लिए MCC-designated Medical Assessment Board से applicable eligibility certificate required है।

NRI/OCI candidates को reporting के समय applicable original documents भी produce करने होंगे।

College Fee, Stipend और Bond जरूर Check करें

सिर्फ branch और college name देखकर seat accept करने का decision न लें।

Final admission से पहले candidate को उस college का:

Tuition Fee, Hostel Fee, Stipend, Service Bond, Penalty Bond, Rural Service Condition और Course Duration

check करना चाहिए।

MCC Information Bulletin साफ करता है कि colleges द्वारा supplied fee, stipend और bond information के लिए candidates को concerned college से details independently verify करनी चाहिए।

Particularly Deemed Universities में total course cost काफी ज्यादा हो सकती है।

इसलिए final admission decision लेने से पहले पूरे तीन साल का financial calculation करना बेहतर है।

Round 1 Seat पसंद है तो क्या करें?

अगर final result में वही seat आती है और candidate उस college/branch से satisfied है, तो prescribed reporting process complete करके seat retain कर सकता है।

MCC के 2026 counselling scheme में candidates के लिए Freeze और Float options का provision भी है।

अगर candidate allotted seat retain करना चाहता है और आगे upgrade नहीं चाहता, तो applicable freeze process follow करेगा।

यदि candidate seat retain करके बेहतर choice के लिए Round 2 upgrade चाहता है, तो applicable Float / willingness for upgradation procedure follow करना होगा।

Round 1 में Free Exit क्या है?

NEET PG Round 1 का एक बहुत important feature Free Exit है।

MCC Information Bulletin के अनुसार यदि candidate Round 1 में allotted seat पर report नहीं करता, तो Round 1 में applicable case में Free Exit option available है।

Candidate बाद में अपने existing registration details के साथ Round 2 में participate कर सकता है।

लेकिन अगर candidate Round 1 seat छोड़कर direct Round 2 में जाता है, तो वह बाद में उस Round 1 seat पर claim नहीं कर सकता।

इसलिए Free Exit लेने से पहले branch और college prospects carefully compare करना चाहिए।

Seat नहीं मिली तो क्या करें?

Round 1 में seat नहीं मिलने का मतलब counselling खत्म नहीं हुई है।

MCC counselling scheme के अनुसार जो candidate Round 1 में registered था लेकिन उसे seat allot नहीं हुई, उसे Round 2 में participate करने के लिए fresh registration करने की जरूरत नहीं है।

हालांकि Round 2 के लिए fresh choice filling और locking करना जरूरी होगा।

NEET PG 2026 Round 2 कब होगा?

MCC के published schedule के अनुसार Round 2 की timeline इस प्रकार है:

Registration: 6 November to 11 November 2026

Choice Filling: 7 November to 12 November 2026

Seat Allotment Processing: 12–13 November 2026

Round 2 Result: 14 November 2026

Reporting / Joining: 16 November to 23 November 2026

Institute Data Verification: 24 November 2026

Candidates को schedule में किसी subsequent revision के लिए MCC website regularly check करनी चाहिए।

Round 2 के लिए Fresh Choices जरूरी होंगी

यह point candidates अक्सर miss करते हैं।

MCC scheme के अनुसार Round 2 में fresh choice filling और choice locking करना होगा।

Round 1 में भरी हुई choices को यह मानकर न चलें कि वही automatically Round 2 के लिए लागू रहेंगी।

इसलिए Round 1 result के बाद college और speciality preference का नया analysis करना बहुत important है।

MD/MS Branch चुनते समय केवल Rank न देखें

NEET PG counselling में सही college चुनना सिर्फ closing rank का मामला नहीं है।

Candidate को इन factors का combination evaluate करना चाहिए:

Clinical exposure, patient load, academics, faculty, stipend, bond, location, hostel, workload, pass rate, superspeciality exposure और future career plan.

उदाहरण के लिए कम fees वाला college हमेशा best नहीं होता और बड़े city का college हमेशा strong clinical exposure देगा, यह भी जरूरी नहीं है।

इसीलिए upgrade decision branch + institute दोनों को jointly evaluate करके लेना चाहिए।

Corrected Result PDF से Candidate को क्या करना है?

अगर आपने 23 October की original provisional PDF पहले ही download कर ली थी, तो MCC website पर उपलब्ध latest corrected PDF से अपना allotment एक बार फिर check करें।

MCC ने कहा है कि printing correction के कारण PDF replace की गई है और result में change नहीं किया गया।

फिर भी admission records के लिए latest version refer करना बेहतर है।

अभी Ticket Book करना चाहिए?

Final allotment आने से पहले यात्रा की non-refundable booking avoid करना ज्यादा सुरक्षित है।

MCC Information Bulletin candidates को provisional result के बाद ticket booking न करने और final allotment letter का इंतजार करने की सलाह देता है।

Final result और allotment letter मिलने के बाद allotted institution से reporting instructions confirm करके travel plan करें।
