Kerala में NEET UG 2026 MBBS counselling से जुड़े candidates के लिए महत्वपूर्ण update सामने आया है। Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala ने 5 September 2026 को तीन Self-Financing Medical Colleges के लिए नई MBBS Seat Matrix 2026-27 अपनी official website पर publish की है। ये तीन colleges हैं—Azeezia Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Meeyyannoor, Kollam; Dr. Moopen’s Medical College & Hospital, Wayanad; और MES Medical College, Perinthalmanna। CEE portal पर इस seat matrix की listing 05-09-2026 की है, जबकि underlying Kerala Government Order G.O.(Ms) No.251/2026/H&FWD 04-09-2026 dated है।

Kerala MBBS Seat Matrix 2026 में क्या नया है?

Kerala Government के Health & Family Welfare Department ने 4 September 2026 को जारी order के माध्यम से तीन Self-Financing Medical Colleges के MBBS admission के लिए seat distribution approve किया। इसके बाद CEE Kerala ने इसे 5 September को अपने KEAM 2026 notification portal पर उपलब्ध कराया।

Official matrix के अनुसार distribution इस प्रकार है:

यह distribution सीधे Government Order में दिए गए table पर आधारित है।

इस प्रकार इन 200 seats में 115 Government seats, 30 NRI seats, 30 AIQ seats और 25 Community seats का distribution दिखाई देता है।

1. Azeezia Institute of Medical Sciences & Research — 50 MBBS Seats

Azeezia Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Meeyyannoor, Kollam का college code AZC है। Official matrix में इस college के लिए कुल 50 MBBS seats दी गई हैं।

इनका distribution है:

34 Government Seats + 8 NRI Seats + 8 AIQ Seats = 50 Seats

Official table में इस college के लिए Community seat allocation नहीं दिया गया है।

Kerala NEET UG counselling में Azeezia को consider कर रहे candidates के लिए यह matrix महत्वपूर्ण है, क्योंकि केवल “50 total seats” देखकर choice decision लेने के बजाय यह देखना जरूरी है कि candidate किस quota के अंतर्गत compete कर सकता है।

2. Dr. Moopen’s Medical College & Hospital, Wayanad — 100 MBBS Seats

तीनों colleges में सबसे ज्यादा seats Dr. Moopen’s Medical College & Hospital, Wayanad में हैं। College code DMM है और approved matrix में कुल 100 MBBS seats दिखाई गई हैं।

Distribution:

70 Government Seats + 15 NRI Seats + 15 AIQ Seats = 100 Seats

Community seats इस table में नहीं दी गई हैं।

इस college की 100-seat matrix में Government seats की संख्या 70 होने के कारण Kerala counselling candidates के लिए इसका seat distribution खास तौर पर ध्यान देने योग्य है।

3. MES Medical College, Perinthalmanna — 50 MBBS Seats

MES Medical College, Perinthalmanna का college code EMC है। Official Government Order में कुल 50 MBBS seats का distribution दिया गया है।

Distribution:

25 Community Seats + 7 NRI Seats + 7 AIQ Seats + 11 Government Seats = 50 Seats

तीनों colleges में MES Medical College का structure अलग है, क्योंकि यहां official matrix में 25 Community seats दिखाई गई हैं।

इसलिए MES Medical College को choice list में शामिल करने वाले candidates को केवल total intake के आधार पर admission chance estimate नहीं करना चाहिए। Candidate की applicable category/quota महत्वपूर्ण होगी।

200 MBBS Seats का Overall Distribution

तीनों colleges को एक साथ देखें तो official matrix से एक साफ picture सामने आती है:

Total MBBS Seats: 200

Government Seats: 115
AIQ Seats: 30
NRI Seats: 30
Community Seats: 25

यानी 200 total seats में सबसे बड़ा हिस्सा Government-seat component का है।

यह distinction खासकर उन candidates के लिए जरूरी है जो “Kerala private medical college” सुनकर सभी seats को management/private quota seats समझ लेते हैं। Official seat matrix अलग-अलग quota buckets दिखाती है।

क्या Kerala में 200 नई MBBS Seats बढ़ गई हैं?

AIQ की 30 Seats क्यों महत्वपूर्ण हैं?

इस matrix में एक खास point 15% AIQ irrespective of domicile column है।

Azeezia में 8, Dr. Moopen’s में 15 और MES Medical College में 7 AIQ seats दिखाई गई हैं—कुल 30 AIQ seats।

Kerala KEAM 2026 prospectus भी बताता है कि MBBS/BDS में All India Quota reservation लागू होता है और Self-Financing Medical Colleges की AIQ details separately notified की जा सकती हैं।

इसलिए Kerala domicile के बाहर के NEET UG candidates के लिए भी इस matrix का AIQ component विशेष रूप से relevant हो सकता है। हालांकि actual counselling participation, eligibility, registration और allotment process के लिए candidates को संबंधित official counselling instructions follow करनी चाहिए।

Government Seats का क्या मतलब है?

Official matrix में तीनों colleges मिलाकर 115 Government seats दिखाई गई हैं।

लेकिन “Government seat” और “Government Medical College seat” को एक नहीं समझना चाहिए।

ये तीनों इस Government Order में Self-Financing Medical Colleges के अंतर्गत listed हैं। “Government seats” यहां seat-distribution category है; इसका मतलब यह नहीं है कि ये colleges Government Medical Colleges बन गए हैं। Official order स्वयं इन्हें Self-Financing Medical Colleges के रूप में describe करता है।

यह distinction fees और counselling strategy के लिहाज से महत्वपूर्ण है।

NRI Candidates के लिए 30 Seats

नई matrix में कुल 30 NRI seats हैं:

Azeezia – 8
Dr. Moopen’s – 15
MES – 7

Kerala CEE ने NRI candidates से संबंधित category-list process भी हाल में पूरा किया है। CEE notification page पर 2 September को Provisional NRI Category List और 3 September को Final NRI Category List publish होने की entries मौजूद हैं।

इसलिए NRI quota से admission की planning करने वाले candidates को अपनी eligibility/category status के साथ college-wise seat matrix को भी देखना चाहिए।

Kerala NEET UG 2026 Counselling में इसका क्या असर हो सकता है?

नई seat matrix का practical महत्व choice filling और college preference planning में है।

Candidate को सिर्फ college का नाम देखकर preference नहीं भरनी चाहिए। सबसे पहले यह समझना चाहिए कि उस college में उसकी applicable quota/category के तहत कितनी seats हैं। उदाहरण के लिए, Dr. Moopen’s में total 100 seats दिखाई देती हैं, लेकिन candidate के लिए relevant seat pool उसके quota पर निर्भर करेगा।

इसी तरह MES में total 50 seats होने के बावजूद 25 seats Community category में हैं। इसलिए सभी 50 seats हर candidate के लिए समान तरीके से available नहीं मानी जा सकतीं।

Round-2 Candidates के लिए Strategy

अगर candidate को First Round में desired MBBS college नहीं मिला है, तो नई matrix को देखकर अपनी preference list दोबारा evaluate करना उपयोगी हो सकता है।

लेकिन केवल seat count देखकर किसी college को ऊपर या नीचे रखना सही strategy नहीं है। Candidate को NEET rank, applicable quota, category, domicile/eligibility, college preference, tuition fee और total budget को एक साथ देखना चाहिए।

CEE Kerala की current allotment page पर Medical (MBBS/BDS) का First Phase Allotment उपलब्ध है, और last-rank section में भी Medical MBBS/BDS First Phase data उपलब्ध है। ये previous allotment behaviour समझने के लिए उपयोगी official references हो सकते हैं।

क्या 200 Seats सभी Candidates के लिए Open हैं?

नहीं। यही वजह है कि seat matrix को सही तरीके से पढ़ना जरूरी है।

Total 200 seats का अर्थ यह नहीं कि एक candidate सभी 200 seats के लिए compete कर सकता है।

Official matrix अलग-अलग components दिखाती है—Government, AIQ, NRI और Community seats। Candidate की eligibility यह निर्धारित करेगी कि उसके लिए कौन-सा seat pool relevant है।

इसलिए social media पर केवल “200 MBBS Seats Available” देखकर counselling decision नहीं लेना चाहिए।

Kerala MBBS 2026 में Choice Filling से पहले क्या Check करें?

Candidates को अपनी strategy बनाते समय मुख्य रूप से official seat matrix, applicable quota, previous allotment/last rank, fee structure, eligibility, NRI/community documentation जहां applicable हो, और current counselling schedule check करना चाहिए।
