MCC NEET UG 2026 Round-2 Seat Matrix जारी: 659 Newly Added Seats + Clear & Virtual Vacancies Published – पूरी जानकारी
NEET UG 2026 Round-2 counselling में भाग लेने वाले MBBS/BDS candidates के लिए एक बहुत महत्वपूर्ण update सामने आया है। Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) ने Round-2 के लिए तीन महत्वपूर्ण seat-matrix documents जारी कर दिए हैं—Newly Added Seats, Clear Vacancy और Virtual Vacancy। MCC के official UG portal पर ये तीनों documents फिलहाल Current Events में सबसे ऊपर उपलब्ध हैं।
सबसे बड़ी बात यह है कि Newly Added Seats Round-2 matrix में कुल 659 seats दिखाई गई हैं। इसमें MBBS के साथ BDS और B.Sc Nursing seats भी शामिल हैं। इसलिए Round-1 में मनचाही seat नहीं मिलने वाले या Round-2 में बेहतर college/seat की उम्मीद रखने वाले candidates को choice filling से पहले इन तीनों matrices को ध्यान से समझना चाहिए।
Important: 659 का आंकड़ा केवल “Newly Added Seats” matrix का total है। इसे Round-2 की कुल available/vacant seats नहीं समझें। Clear Vacancy और Virtual Vacancy अलग matrices हैं।
MCC NEET UG 2026 Round-2 में क्या नया हुआ?
MCC के official portal पर Round-2 UG Counselling 2026 के लिए अब ये तीन documents उपलब्ध हैं:
Newly Added Seats Round 2 (MBBS/BDS/B.Sc Nursing) – वे seats जो Round-2 seat matrix में नई जोड़ी गई हैं।
Clear Vacancy Round 2 (MBBS/BDS/B.Sc Nursing) – ऐसी vacant seats जो Round-2 के लिए clear vacancy के रूप में उपलब्ध हैं।
Virtual Vacancy Round 2 (MBBS/BDS/B.Sc Nursing) – ऐसी seats जो अभी Round-1 joined candidate के कारण occupied दिखाई दे सकती हैं, लेकिन candidate के upgrade होने की स्थिति में Round-2 allotment के लिए उपलब्ध हो सकती हैं।

659 Newly Added Seats का क्या मतलब है?
MCC की Newly Added Seats matrix छह pages की है और इसके अंत में 659 total दिया गया है।
लेकिन यहां candidates को सावधानी से interpretation करना चाहिए। ये 659 सिर्फ MBBS seats नहीं हैं। Official matrix में MBBS, BDS और B.Sc Nursing entries मौजूद हैं। उदाहरण के लिए Delhi में College of Nursing Florence Nightingale और Lady Hardinge Medical College से associated nursing seats भी matrix में दिखाई गई हैं।
इसलिए social media पर यदि कहीं “659 नई MBBS seats” लिखा जा रहा है, तो वह सही interpretation नहीं होगा।
सही headline होगी:
“MCC Round-2 में 659 Newly Added MBBS/BDS/B.Sc Nursing Seats”
या MBBS-focused audience के लिए:
“MCC Round-2 Seat Matrix जारी: 659 Newly Added Seats में कई नई MBBS Opportunities”
Newly Added Seats में कौन-कौन से बड़े MBBS additions हैं?
Official matrix में कुछ additions विशेष रूप से MBBS aspirants के लिए महत्वपूर्ण हैं।
Puducherry – Aarupadai Veedu Medical College
Aarupadai Veedu Medical College, Pondicherry के लिए:
50 MBBS Self-Financed Merit Seats
matrix में दिखाई गई हैं।
Deemed University MBBS options explore कर रहे candidates के लिए यह महत्वपूर्ण addition हो सकता है।
Tamil Nadu – Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Institute
Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Perambalur में:
50 MBBS Self-Financed Merit Seats
Round-2 newly-added matrix में शामिल हैं।
Tamil Nadu – J R Medical College
J R Medical College and Hospital, Villupuram District में:
50 MBBS Self-Financed Merit Seats
दिखाई गई हैं।
Tamil Nadu – Karpaga Vinayaga Institute of Medical Sciences
यह Round-2 matrix का एक बड़ा MBBS addition है।
Karpaga Vinayaga Institute of Medical Sciences, Maduranthagam के लिए:
150 MBBS Self-Financed Merit Seats
official matrix में मौजूद हैं।
इसके अलावा Karpaga Vinayaga Institute of Dental Sciences के लिए 100 BDS Self-Financed Merit Seats भी दिखाई गई हैं।
Uttarakhand – Graphic Era Institute of Medical Sciences
Graphic Era Institute of Medical Sciences, Dehradun के लिए matrix में:
42 MBBS Self-Financed Merit Seats
और
8 MBBS NRI Seats
दिखाई गई हैं। यानी इस institution की कुल 50 MBBS entries newly-added matrix में हैं।
Government MBBS में भी नई Seats
Round-2 की newly-added matrix केवल Deemed Universities तक सीमित नहीं है। Government/All India quota side पर भी नई MBBS entries मौजूद हैं।
Assam – Bongaigaon Medical College
Bongaigaon Medical College, Assam की All India MBBS entries में category-wise seats दिखाई गई हैं:
BC – 4
EWS – 2
Open – 6
SC – 2
ST – 1
यानी matrix में कुल 15 AIQ MBBS seats दिखाई देती हैं।
Uttar Pradesh – Autonomous State Medical College, Lakhimpur Kheri
UP के Autonomous State Medical College and Hospital, Lakhimpur Kheri में भी Round-2 के लिए category-wise All India MBBS seats add हुई हैं।
Matrix में BC 4, EWS 2, Open 6, SC 2 और ST 1 seat दिखाई गई है—कुल 15 AIQ MBBS seats।
Arunachal Pradesh – Tomo Riba Institute
Tomo Riba Institute of Health & Medical Sciences, Naharlagun में भी All India MBBS category-wise seats newly-added matrix में शामिल हैं।
इससे साफ है कि Round-2 में केवल private/deemed candidates ही नहीं, बल्कि AIQ Government MBBS options देखने वाले candidates को भी नई matrix फिर से analyse करनी चाहिए।
Gujarat और Kerala में नई BDS Seats
BDS candidates के लिए भी matrix महत्वपूर्ण है।
Government Dental College & Hospital, Ahmedabad में category-wise All India BDS seats newly-added list में दिखाई गई हैं।
इसी तरह Government Dental College, Thrissur, Kerala में भी नई All India BDS category-wise seats शामिल हैं।
इसलिए Round-1 में BDS seat miss करने वाले candidates को भी नई matrix जरूर देखनी चाहिए।
Clear Vacancy Round-2 क्या है?
यह Round-2 strategy का दूसरा महत्वपूर्ण document है।
MCC ने “CLEAR VACANCY ROUND 2 (MBBS BDS B.SC NURSING) – UG COUNSELLING 2026” नाम से 190-page matrix जारी की है।
इसमें state, institute type, institute, quota, branch, category और total seats जैसे fields दिए गए हैं।
उदाहरण के तौर पर Andhra Pradesh में official matrix में:
ACSR Government Medical College, Nellore,
Andhra Medical College, Visakhapatnam,
Government Medical College, Ananthapuram,
Government Dental College & Hospital, Vijayawada
जैसे institutes की category-wise clear vacancies दिखाई गई हैं।
यह matrix candidates के लिए इसलिए महत्वपूर्ण है क्योंकि इससे पता चलता है कि Round-2 में कौन-सी seats स्पष्ट रूप से vacancy pool में उपलब्ध हैं।
Virtual Vacancy क्या होती है?
Round-2 counselling समझने में सबसे ज्यादा confusion Virtual Vacancy को लेकर होता है।
MCC ने इसके लिए अलग 261-page “VIRTUAL VACANCY ROUND 2” matrix जारी की है।
सरल भाषा में समझें तो Round-1 में किसी candidate के पास seat हो सकती है लेकिन वह Round-2 में upgrade के लिए participate कर रहा हो। उसकी existing seat potential vacancy के रूप में system में दिखाई जा सकती है।
अगर उस candidate को Round-2 में दूसरी seat upgrade होकर मिल जाती है, तो उसकी पुरानी seat vacancy बन सकती है और Round-2 allotment chain में दूसरे candidate को मिल सकती है।
इसीलिए Virtual Vacancy को guaranteed vacant seat नहीं समझना चाहिए।
यही Clear Vacancy और Virtual Vacancy के बीच सबसे महत्वपूर्ण practical difference है।
Clear Vacancy vs Virtual Vacancy vs Newly Added Seats
Round-2 choice filling से पहले candidates को तीनों को अलग-अलग समझना चाहिए।
Newly Added Seat: Round-2 matrix में नई जोड़ी गई seat।
Clear Vacancy: Round-2 के लिए स्पष्ट रूप से vacant seat।
Virtual Vacancy: ऐसी potential vacancy जो किसी existing allotted/joined candidate के upgrade/movement पर निर्भर हो सकती है।
यही कारण है कि सिर्फ Clear Vacancy PDF देखकर choice filling करना भी incomplete strategy हो सकती है। Candidate को Newly Added + Clear Vacancy + Virtual Vacancy, तीनों का combined analysis करना चाहिए।
Round-1 में Seat नहीं मिली तो क्या Round-2 में Chances बढ़े हैं?
कुछ candidates के लिए chances निश्चित रूप से बदल सकते हैं क्योंकि Round-2 में:
नई seats add हुई हैं, clear vacancies सामने आई हैं और virtual vacancies के कारण allotment movement हो सकता है।
लेकिन इसका मतलब यह नहीं है कि हर candidate की admission probability automatically बढ़ जाएगी।
Actual chance candidate के NEET rank, category, quota, college preference order, participating institutions, seat availability और दूसरे candidates की choices पर निर्भर करेगा।
विशेष रूप से नई colleges/seats add होने पर पिछले year’s cutoff को mechanical तरीके से apply करना misleading हो सकता है।
Round-1 में Seat मिली है तो क्या करें?
अगर आपको Round-1 में seat मिल चुकी है और आप Round-2 में बेहतर option देख रहे हैं, तो सिर्फ famous colleges की list बनाकर choice filling करना पर्याप्त नहीं है।
पहले यह देखें:
आपकी current seat कितनी सुरक्षित/उपयुक्त है, कौन-से newly added colleges आपकी preference में आते हैं, कौन-सी clear vacancies आपके rank range में practical हो सकती हैं और upgrade होने पर existing seat पर क्या असर पड़ेगा।
Round-2 rules को समझे बिना upgrade strategy बनाना नुकसानदेह हो सकता है।
Deemed University Candidates के लिए Round-2 क्यों महत्वपूर्ण है?
इस बार newly-added matrix में Deemed University MBBS seats का अच्छा हिस्सा दिखाई देता है।
Aarupadai Veedu – 50 MBBS
Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan – 50 MBBS
J R Medical College – 50 MBBS
Karpaga Vinayaga Institute of Medical Sciences – 150 MBBS
Graphic Era – 42 Self-Financed + 8 NRI MBBS
ये figures सीधे MCC newly-added matrix में दिखाई देते हैं।
इससे Deemed MBBS options में Round-2 के दौरान नई possibilities बन सकती हैं।
लेकिन candidate को केवल seat count देखकर college select नहीं करना चाहिए। Total fees, hostel charges, other applicable charges, location, clinical exposure और individual budget को भी compare करना जरूरी है।
Low NEET Score वाले Candidates क्या करें?
अगर candidate NEET qualified है लेकिन rank अपेक्षाकृत पीछे है, तो Round-2 में realistic strategy अधिक महत्वपूर्ण हो जाती है।
ऐसे candidates को केवल top colleges की choices भरने के बजाय available Deemed/Private options, budget और counselling rules को ध्यान में रखते हुए wider preference list तैयार करनी चाहिए।
नई seats add होने से कुछ institutions में cutoff movement हो सकता है, लेकिन किसी particular score पर seat की guarantee नहीं दी जा सकती।
MCC Round-2 2026 Schedule भी ध्यान रखें
MCC के official schedule section में “AIQ and State Schedule Round 2 UG 2026 dated 02.09.2026” उपलब्ध है। इसके साथ MCC का earlier UG Round 2 AIQ Counselling Schedule dated 27.08.2026 भी listed है।
और MCC UG homepage पर अब स्पष्ट update है कि UG-2026 Round-II registration 3 September 2026, 1:00 PM onwards उपलब्ध कराया गया।
इसलिए candidate को seat matrix देखने के साथ-साथ MCC के live schedule और Candidate Activity Board को भी check करते रहना चाहिए।
Choice Filling से पहले क्या करें?
Round-2 choice filling शुरू करने से पहले candidate को अपनी पुरानी Round-1 preference list blindly repeat नहीं करनी चाहिए।
नई seat matrix आने के बाद strategy को फिर से बनाना बेहतर है। सबसे पहले अपने rank/category के अनुसार realistic colleges identify करें। उसके बाद Clear Vacancy देखें, Newly Added colleges को evaluate करें और Virtual Vacancy के कारण बनने वाली possibilities को भी preference order में उचित जगह दें।
अगर कोई newly-added Deemed college आपकी budget range में आता है तो उसकी fees और admission conditions verify करके ही उसे choice list में रखें।
सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात: जिस college में आप वास्तव में admission नहीं लेना चाहते, उसे सिर्फ vacancy देखकर preference list में ऊपर न रखें।
क्या 659 नई Seats से Cutoff नीचे जा सकता है?
नई seats competition equation को प्रभावित कर सकती हैं, लेकिन “659 seats add हुईं इसलिए cutoff निश्चित रूप से इतना नीचे जाएगा” कहना संभव नहीं है।
Cutoff movement कई factors पर निर्भर करेगा—नई seats किस course/quota में हैं, candidates की preference क्या है, Round-1 के बाद कितने candidates upgrade कर रहे हैं, clear और virtual vacancies कितनी हैं और particular college की demand कैसी है।
इसलिए cutoff prediction को college + quota + category + rank + budget के आधार पर करना ज्यादा उपयोगी है।

MCC की नई matrices के बाद Round-2 candidates के लिए सबसे महत्वपूर्ण काम सिर्फ “कितनी seats खाली हैं” देखना नहीं है।
Candidate को अपनी NEET rank + category + budget + preferred states + college type को तीनों matrices के साथ map करना चाहिए।
विशेष रूप से जिन candidates को Round-1 में seat नहीं मिली, या जिन्हें seat मिली लेकिन वे upgrade चाहते हैं, उनके लिए नई matrix के बाद choice list को दोबारा तैयार करना महत्वपूर्ण हो सकता है।
नई Deemed MBBS seats के कारण higher-budget candidates के लिए options बढ़े हैं, जबकि Assam और UP जैसी AIQ additions Government MBBS aspirants के लिए भी relevant हैं।
